A shout out to the staff that hooks us up then unplugs us when we're done. The phlebotomists go above & beyond, & are super kind. To the donors, be well hydrated if not the time getting that blood back in ya' can take soo long ( it seems). It really does help to kick legs like you're swimming. I've donated 7 times in the last 3.5 weeks and I can confidently say the experience has been very easy and positive, out of the 7 visits only 1 time had me waiting a little while to actually get to the donation part of the process due to a high volume of people coming in. The staff is very nice and friendly and helpful with all questions and concerns as well. It's a tad cold in the donation room so bring a hoodie or blanket if you find yourself to be a chilly person! I started donating plasma last year and was able to get in and out of there in an hour's time, worst case scenario was an hour and a half. I stopped going over the summer but then just started up about a month ago. Every time I go in it's 2 plus hours and I just can't justify waiting that long. I walked out today, and I will be looking for a new side hustle until they put in more CSLs in our area so the lines aren't so painful. read more

I have always had a really good experience here. I just started donating about a month ago and I had donated approximately 10 years prior in a different state. I really enjoy the staff here and I think that they are really friendly. I don't love that. It takes a little bit longer than I would like but altogether with staffing issues these days I would say that they do an amazing job. read more

What's sad, is that we wait wait wait. Bring deferred (yet was told, after YOUR PEOPLE stuck my arm wromg causing, this deferral) and I suffer for stupidity when all I'm trying to do is donate. Tell me why when I call your 1800# you all don't seem to contact or take action when needed. I've been donating at this location since you all opened it. Disgusted beyond measure that you hire who ever to work here. Sad that because of your faults no one wants to even come to this place. I've been coming here for about 3 months now. Never realized they were on yelp. Lol. Well, here's my review!! Come in, get your vitals taken, donate plasma to help save the lives of others, get incentivized with cash and gifts for your donation. You can donate 2 times a week. Incentives come into play the more you donate. I'm typically in and out of here in under an hour, granted there isn't a long line of donors. They are open from 7am to 7pm. The staff is SUPERB! I go here twice a week, they overall have a good, knowledgeable, friendly staff. But darlene, who i've had two horrible encounters with is a reason i don't enjoy going. She screens people, and was agressive and rude with me the first time i met her, and i informed her and she said no im not, no apology given. So i was angry, and quiet. Finished my vitals went on. Next time i saw her she said she remembers me, and bickered back and fowarth with me about how she's "not rude" and i'm the rude one, which most of the staff that i've met can say im not a problem donor. When i told her i' will not be having my vitals taken again by her, she proceeded to tell me she can defer me for being rude to employees after causing the problems and that i can't deny her. I also have medical notes that people need to read, which was a problem prior ( she refuses to look) and she refused the second time too, to the point someone else had to come help. I told another staff member, and they said oh no not darlene! No one wants to fix actions here, they all just get away with whatever they want. But shout out to the workers there actually wanting to be a help, and make it enjoyable. She would be the reason i feel compelled to never donate. read more

I continue to come to plasma only for the money. However, I am a vaccinated individual and there are no signs to wear a mask unless you're unvaccinated. Despite that sometimes I come in with no mask and sometimes I get yelled at to wear a mask. The staff basically determines their rules. On top of that everything is subpar and even their hygiene practices are questionable. Definitely don't do this unless you're hurting for the money. And, if you think you're helping someone you're probably not because literal druggies donate just like someone else said. read more

Amazing first donor experience- staff is amazing. It's a happy place. 4 hours of processing because it was my first time and I was truly impressed how smooth it was considering the lady was taking care of 5 other first donors. Thus place is truly a 5 star facility read more

I have reported that a person I know comes in to donate plasma twice a week. The reason is to support his crack cocaine and alcohol addictions. I reported this to CSL Plasma due to the fact that I am not sure what effect this may have on the recipient of this tainted Plasma. They seemed to find this no big deal., and said goodbye. I was speaking to the supervisor at the time. I personally think that a drug test should be given before every donation. I would not myself or one of my loved ones to receive Plasma with drugs or alcohol in their Plasma. I rated this a 1 star because of the total lack of concern from the supervisor. read more
