The sent me an invoice dated May 13, 2026, and charged me for a balance on the CT which I did agree that I owed. They also charged me for a balance owed on the mammogram which should be covered in full. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told that someone would get back to me, three week and another call later no one ever did. So, I paid the balance on the CT and wrote a letter and sent it cetrified. Stating I would not pay the balance of the mammogram because I did not owe it and I can't appeal to the insurance because they took 8 1/2 months to bill me and I no longer have that insurance. They now have sent me to collections. If they can't do their billing correctly and timely are the test results accurate??????????????

While I was sitting directly in front of her, I heard Carrie say, "Seriously? She wants to know about a mammogram? Tell her she can YouTube it." I then said, "Okay, I'll do that. Thank you so much," and she realized I had heard her. She responded, "Oh, you're asking?" and then told me, "Yeah, you can just YouTube it. All they do is grab your tatas." I honestly found the whole interaction very unprofessional and hurtful. I was simply asking a genuine question, and I don't think anyone should be made to feel embarrassed or dismissed for doing so.

Some Medical Care Providers in those areas good. And, some not worth mentioning. Even though I have high quality. ""Not Needing Referrals. No HMO. I have not found the Medical Care that Martin Hlth has provided me with for my needs/Trust.****Medical Insurance. I am very blessed in that aspect. **** Martin Heath as of yet. Not disappointed me. Or my family. I resided in Port Saint Lucie West six years. I must add. We are relocating to the area. We are building hopefully. Our for ever home. Primarily, for the care that I/We receive from the exceptional Medical Professionals Martin Hlth has available. The friendly, compassionate staff. Always eager to assist. It's a highly positive scenario. When their is very little turnover(Change of Staff) in a facility.
