From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered was exceptional. The front desk staff welcomed us with kindness and efficiency. The security officer treated us with genuine compassion. The nurses were attentive, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. The CT team was prompt, professional, and caring. Most of all, I want to recognize Dr. Aton Osbourne. He exemplifies everything you hope to find in an emergency physician. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in a way that gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful situation. His bedside manner is truly remarkable. In today's world, it is easy to hear stories about what goes wrong in health care. I believe it is just as important to recognize when a hospital and its staff get everything right. The team at Cleveland Clinic Martin North treated us not as patients, but as people. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine concern for our well-being were evident every step of the way. If this experience is any indication of the standard of care at Cleveland Clinic Martin North, our community is incredibly fortunate to have them. They have earned our deepest gratitude, highest respect, and complete confidence. Thank you to every member of the Emergency Department for turning a frightening day into one where we felt safe, cared for, and truly in the best possible hands. You are all superstars, and your dedication does not go unnoticed.

I/We have driven from Tampa, Sarasota and Jacksonville, Fl. Countless times. Many hours and miles traveling to my Doctors, Care Providers at Martin Health. Yes, I have had urgent care in all the other places I've resided in. Some Medical Care Providers in those areas good. And, some not worth mentioning. Even though I have high quality. ""Not Needing Referrals. No HMO. I have not found the Medical Care that Martin Hlth has provided me with for my needs/Trust.****Medical Insurance. I am very blessed in that aspect. **** Martin Heath as of yet. Not disappointed me. Or my family. I resided in Port Saint Lucie West six years. I must add. We are relocating to the area. We are building hopefully. Our for ever home. Primarily, for the care that I/We receive from the exceptional Medical Professionals Martin Hlth has available. The friendly, compassionate staff. Always eager to assist. In my experience it is quite evident their dedication to the wellbeing of their patients. And, dedication to the physicians/ Medical Staff they work with on a daily basis. It's a highly positive scenario. When their is very little turnover(Change of Staff) in a facility. Generally, that is a Red Flag for underling issues, that are not favorable to the patient and to the Staff remaining at the facility. Hence, the need of training new employees. It's time consuming, causes confusion, frustration and opens doors for errors. My PCP is absolutely, without a doubt one of the best if not the best Physician I've had the good fortune to have his care. Dr. Peter S Zeblisky is compassionate, takes the necessary time. Acknowledges concerns, addresses issues promptly. Exceptional bedside manner. His Staff goes above and beyond to take care of all your needs. Please, do keep in mind. Based on the priority(gravity). When it comes to test results and the volume of patients. You may receive a prompt reply. A day or two. It's always a good idea with all tests if no response after three days. Not weekends or Holidays. To call and inquire. I always hope for the best. Being, that a quick phone call may be "Not exactly good news:-(" Prescriptions, I try not to wait until almost out of a med. yes, things do happen:-\ Has for the Diagnostic Ctr. Runs like A Well Oiled Machine. Very efficient. Maritza, Mammography Tech. Is fantastic. She's gentle, compassionate, very efficient, great personality. Greets you with a cheerful smile. Makes me feel comfortable. It's obvious she genuinely cares about her patients, the facility she represents. And, is very attentive to detail. She has been doing my mammograms for at least the last nine years. I am always very glad to see her. Not particularly looking forward to having a mammogram. But, she does make it much more easier. If you need a Doctor in this area? In my experience. I highly recommend that you seriously consider. Looking into the Martin Health Care System. Hospice Nurse,Ret.

Would any of the staff or management of this hospital be comfortable with putting their family…read moremembers in the environment without soap in a hospital restroom for 4 days still after requesting it each time? My mother was admitted with a broken ankle and I wish I never drove her there and made the extra long trip to Port Saint Lucie instead. Patients are just empty vessels for the staff to get their paychecks. No bedside manner, no extra care, no soap in the bathrooms, my mother is afraid to drink water there because no one was there to assist her in the middle of the night to use the restroom as her bed phone fell on the floor and she could not see the button to push on the bed. I requested the floor manager nurse and corporate contact information and I was told that reception would have someone call me an email me. Still waiting for someone to contact me after a week! I picked up my mother today to hear more bad news about a nurse letting her sit in urine for an hour after she notified the nurse the bed pan spilled. Her ankle started bleeding and she asked for a new bandage and was denied!!! Really!?! Hope she does not gwt a staphinfection or worse. Our concerns will be promptly filed regarding the hospital neglect, cleanliness, unsafe stafging ratios, and unhelpful staff with AHCA, Florida Department of Health, US Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, and the FL governors office.

Lawnwood HCA Hospital in Fort Pierce. I would say AVOID this hospital at all cost. I was taken…read morethere by a rescue squad and once there of course they tried to address the condition that the EMT team indicated was my condition. Then what is report accurate or inaccurate becomes part of the hospital notes. I am over 80 years of age. So the hospital ties me to the bed. Puts cathedra in me and won't let me out of bed for FOUR days. I do not recall getting any food, and on top of that when a make shift nurse is about to put more medication in me I ask what it is and to see the Dr. Signature. That did not happen. My wife witnessed a couple of the test done and indicated it could not be accurate. After 5 days I was released from the hospital on medication. I called the hospital and told them the medication was really making me sick. Of course I could not change without Dr order. I ook the medication for two weeks and finally checked myself into Cleveland Clinic as I could not eat sleep and was just getting weaker. After 2 days there the prescription was changed and was already feeling better. The medication HCA put me on was messing up my body chemistry etc. No sleep, can't eat was not good. Bottom line stay away from HCA hospitals and I might be add HCA doctors as they all believe the report coming out of the hospital even if it all BS. Here a second opinion was very important. I told the Dr at Cleveland Clinic to trash the report from Lawn wood and generate their own report. Here a second opinion was the best I could do. or I might be talking my dirt nap at this point.
