My ultrasound technician (Leslie) after initial scan realized there was more to it than the diagnose initially mentioned for this scan. She changed the procedure, to a full scan of my neck down to my forearm which revealed; phlebitis/DVT. Her professionalism and extreme knowledge help diagnose the real issue and now I will be able to get the correct treatment needed to resolve my issue. I was referred to a Dr at this facility for a high PSA. When I went to the appointment the doctor…read moredidn't seem to care , listen to me for. 5 minutes give him my history run down, never came within 5 feet of me and just ordered another blood lab. I was billed a 247.00 new patient fee and they billed my insurance 1200.00 for that office visit. When I called Cleveland clinic about the charge they tell me the charge was for the room doctors time and supplies. Mine you I was in the room for 10 minutes they billed for 45 minutes and used no supplies. On the paperwork for the insurance company they claimed I was checked out and all my vitals were normal, never checked. Beware don't visit them!!!!
