As a business owner myself, I know how much weight reviews can carry, so I put a lot of thought into writing this. I've given Pieratt's multiple opportunities to fix my situation, and I have proof via email, text messages, and phone call logs to show the effort I've made on my end. My refrigerator issue has been ongoing since July. In that time, I've had two separate loaner fridges, but only because I've been the one repeatedly reaching out. Any communication I've received has been a result of my persistence--not their initiative. For the past two weeks, I've heard nothing at all, while the replacement fridge they dropped off continues to sit unused in my dining room. To make matters worse, I lost over $600 worth of groceries because their service team failed to communicate that my fridge wasn't working properly. I also make it a point to support local businesses versus big box stores, but in this case, I wholeheartedly regret that choice. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because the sales associate I worked with at the Reynolds location was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from Pieratt's service department has far outweighed that positive. At this point, I cannot recommend Pieratt's until they show they can stand behind their products and take care of their customers.

I bought a MacBook in March 2026. Have loved it. Nothing to complain about with that. But the sales rep was AWFUL, which I'm fully realizing today. I went in with two of my kids to shop. They had a promotion going on. I needed a new laptop. I walked away and thought I was happy. The sales rep told me two outright lies. 1) you have 90 days to catch the Macbook model you purchased on sale. If you do, Best Buy will refund the difference. Nope. It's SIXTY days. 2) today only, we have a deal going on where you get My Best Buy Plus (or whatever its called) for $.01. Would you like to sign up and get the benefits? (explained them in great detail). I agreed. He charged me the full price, a $49.99 difference. I don't want to assume Best Buy has their employees lie on purpose. Rep assured me he received no commission on credit card sales. I can't trust that's true either, now. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Best Buy used to be a staple in our home. One of the few places I counted on for quality service when so many other places have shown their solely about a bottom dollar. I hope this was a one off. A poorly trained rep, not a systemic issue. Either way, back to other eletronic stores I go.

When my device stopped working, I expected the insurance to help replace or repair it. Instead, they had no replacement device available and offered no real option to fix it. The only solution they provided was a $600 voucher, but that amount already includes the $200 I paid for the insurance. In reality, they are only giving me about $400. On top of that, it is difficult to find a decent phone for $600, and I am still required to continue making payments on a device that no longer works. I feel misled and extremely dissatisfied with how my case was handled. I would not recommend this store or its insurance plans to anyone.

Finally with (free) help from Google, I was able to get sound myself from sound bar. So beware and be ready when purchasing from this store... only delivering the appliance and box comes with your purchase price. If connections, or additional work is involved, many additional fees could be required. I won't be back . Too many stores to choose from where placement, adjustment, etc is included in the price.

The store was well organized with the exception of the clearance area which to be honest is like that no matter where you go. The employees are friendly and helpful whether it be this location or the campus location (which is closest to our house). There was definitely a good selection of produce and it looked fresh. Every lane I went down was either stocked or being restocked in a couple of areas. There's ample parking and I could have parked closer to the entrance but chose not to. I'd rather let someone who needs to be closer to the entrance of the store have a spot to park in. I went through self check out and didn't have to wait in line.

As for this store I feel it's a bit smaller with a smaller selection then some of the other GameStop's in Lexington. Now I have a PS4 so can only comment on games for it. The selection was ok, mostly big name titles. As always reasonably priced and the disks are in excellent shape. I will say the staff is very knowledgeable about video games and always has recommendations on something new to try. The staff at this location was friendly and we had a good discussion on the game I purchased.
