As a business owner myself, I know how much weight reviews can carry, so I put a lot of thought into writing this. I've given Pieratt's multiple opportunities to fix my situation, and I have proof via email, text messages, and phone call logs to show the effort I've made on my end. My refrigerator issue has been ongoing since July. In that time, I've had two separate loaner fridges, but only because I've been the one repeatedly reaching out. Any communication I've received has been a result of my persistence--not their initiative. For the past two weeks, I've heard nothing at all, while the replacement fridge they dropped off continues to sit unused in my dining room. To make matters worse, I lost over $600 worth of groceries because their service team failed to communicate that my fridge wasn't working properly. I also make it a point to support local businesses versus big box stores, but in this case, I wholeheartedly regret that choice. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because the sales associate I worked with at the Reynolds location was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from Pieratt's service department has far outweighed that positive. At this point, I cannot recommend Pieratt's until they show they can stand behind their products and take care of their customers.

It seems Best Buy is always a fail SAVE for me. Everyone, meaning big box stores vs. specialty…read morestores, sells just about everything when it comes to phones, computers, printers, headphones, TVs and all the associated accessories. But I had a problem printing wirelessly, so we I went to a Best Buy for a solution. The problem was an HP printer that had WiFi printing capability would not make the connection. I have heard that there are blocks preset for certain cable modems that cause this issue but I decided not to spend time on the phone chasing this down. I wanted a cable to hook the printer directly up to a laptop which is not recommended by the printer company. A little tag sealing the plug-in hole for a cable said so. The cable was not an ethernet cable as you would think because it used to be that way. Now it is a specific type of USB cable with a unique plug-in adapter for a printer. Once I showed the GEEK guy a photo of the hole, he knew exactly what I needed. They did not have it in stock but he ordered it and had it shipped directly to me and it only took four days. I probably could have saved a couple of dollars buying it somewhere else but most likely that savings would have cost more traveling there because of the outrageous gas prices we all have to suffer with these days. I let Best Buy place the order because I was confident they knew what they were talking about and it would be the right cable. Sure enough, the cable they ordered worked just fine. I can now print from a laptop without needing to connect via WiFi. And if its on my phone? Well then I just email what I want to print to myself and pull it up on my laptop for printing. 100% satisfied!

They were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. they told me exactly what I needed and why. they went above and beyond to help me. they even cleaned it and updated all of my software(even the stuff I didn't know existed). I thought surely this mini location wouldn't have the exact items I desired, but it did! I found in Lexington a shade of lipstick from a small Black-owned Detroit brand that I haven't been able to buy at their flagship store. Weekend made! Only one check out lanes was open so everyone had to do self checkout. The line was at least 75 yards long so I had to leave and go to Walmart. As for this store I feel it's a bit smaller with a smaller selection then some of the other GameStop's in Lexington. Now I have a PS4 so can only comment on games for it. The selection was ok, mostly big name titles. As always reasonably priced and the disks are in excellent shape. I will say the staff is very knowledgeable about video games and always has recommendations on something new to try. The staff at this location was friendly and we had a good discussion on the game I purchased.
