Hello new adventures!…read more Shout-out to Trosa Moving and Storage. https://trosamoving.com/residential/ We have moved quite a few times and these guys (all seven of them--plus a few extras they pulled in for the very swift and efficient unload) were exceptional: respectful, cheerful, working with hustle even in extreme heat. They were a coordinated team with a crew leader who was honest and quick to point out points of damage. (Thanks, Michael!) They moved our household contents as well as two home offices and a storage unit containing 50+ years of career detritus! Not only that, their estimate was the most realistic (not the lowest) we received (Thanks Barry!) All in all, we've moved 9 times and this was the biggest and the best move we've ever had!

The ONLY reason we didn't go with them was due to budget. Please believe, if we had the budget for them - without a doubt I would go with them without a second thought. Mrs. Pleasant was all kind and understanding. She worked with me to find a date that we could possibly be moved into for a move. She taught me a few tips regarding the heavy move season and things to look out for. I learned what an inventory list was and the importance of one - she also schooled me on how to make sure I accounted for time properly when hiring a moving company. Great, great service - they will definitely be a company that I recommend for others to check out!

Since my first review of TruMovers on 02.25.2017, I have used them on five different occasions…read more A little background of my situation: I am a hard-working, 54-year-old, who works full-time, has her own family and household to take care of, and until October of last year, for over a decade had the all-of-a-sudden, additional, overwhelming, and life-altering responsibilities that come with managing the care for two ailing parents who could no longer do anything for themselves. As those who have cared for a declining loved one and their household responsibilities knows, the unending workload and guilt of not being able to spend time with your own kids, is sometimes unbearable. Every weekend and every day off from work revolved around the needs of my parents (who had become like little children again). In order to be able to spend time with my kid, and be as involved in church as we were, I had to become an expert time manager and had absolutely no patience for those who wasted my time with inefficient work habits. Though Iquan and his team have no idea what a complete blessing they have been in my life, removing a HUGE weight off of my shoulders, time and time again... they provide a service that has been absolutely invaluable to me maintaining my sanity! They not only moved furniture this time, but moved 86 cement, 18x18 and 12x12 garden pavers from my Dad's house to our church's prayer garden at the top of a hill. Knowing this was part of the job, Iquan brought a third team member so they could form an assembly line to get the pavers up that hill quicker. (Iquan planned ahead from the details I provided him concerning this move. I love that!) I trust Iquan and his team completely. I have no problem leaving them to work at the house alone while I run to grab them (and me) lunch, water, or something I forgot to pick up at the hardware store. (P.S. Iquan is Vegan and does not consume meat, dairy, egg, or any products of animal origin. Subway and Burger King can help you with that.) For the quality and efficiency of work they provide, TruMovers is unmatched. This most recent move would have taken me and my 17-year-old son and friends, working from sunup to sundown to have accomplished what TruMovers accomplished in three hours. Another important note: TruMovers serve as a wonderful, work-ethic example for my teenage kid. I even made my son help them with the garden pavers, so he could learn the value of teamwork in getting things done. After using TruMovers once, repeat business is simply a given. -REASONABLY PRICED -DEPENDABLE and PROMPT -PROFESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY -REFRESHING WORK ETHIC -EFFICIENT and DRIVEN -EXCELLENT TIME MANAGERS -PLAN AHEAD ACCORDING TO JOB REQUIREMENTS -TOOLS for the JOB -CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS -CARING and KIND -SO WORTH IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.S. Iquan is pronounced with a Long I... "Eyequan" :)
