I called my car's road side assistance but they wanted to charge me $85 dollars but I had to take the car to a KIA dealership for service. That was not going to happen because they charge 150 dollars an hour just to do a diagnostic. Sorry fellas, I was not born yesterday and I am on a shoestring budget. Next, I called a tow company who shall remain nameless on the south side. They said that they would be at my place in 40 mins. After an hour, there was no sign of a truck. Since I am proactive, I called and the lady said that they were "busy" and they had not forgotten about me....(Yeah right). Finally I called this company. The man said that he would be there in 30 mins. He got there at 25 minutes. The process was quick and charged me 65 dollars to take the car to the local mechanic. It was a great service. Hopefully I will never have to use another tow service to tow my car. However if it does happen nearby my house, I will definitely use their services!
