Eventually, we were able to get up with them and have them come out to help my husband with his flat tire in the school parking lot. The guy who showed up was reasonably quick and polite, taking the spare tire from our backseat and replacing the flat within 5 minutes or so. We were then able to drive the car directly to a Firestone to have the tire more permanently replaced. My husband reported that the wheel squealed during the 10-minute drive to Firestone, and I have no way of knowing whether that's normal for a spare tire. But hey, this guy was reasonably fast and courteous and the job got done. Thanks. I didn't consider $50 to change a tire a significant amount of money, especially for people like us who know nothing about auto repair. I found it a little odd that they charge you an extra $5 to pay by credit card. These days very few people walk around carrying physical cash, so it seems like most people in our position wouldn't have the option of going to an ATM, if they had a flat and were stranded by the side of the road. But, whatever. Even a $5 surcharge isn't that important.

They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did. Like I said communication was trash, customer service was terrible. As far as getting ur vehicle serviced. But the tow truck man was nice

I called prior to going, having never been to this establishment, and spoke with the owner, Mark. He was friendly and informative; he honestly just gave me a good vibe from the get go. He said no appointment was needed, just come on through. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mark and his employee, Kevin. There was no wait to get my car in, like Mark had said over the phone, and Kevin began working on my tire almost immediately. They let me watch everything that was happening (I like to see the process out of curiousity) and just stand right there in the garage with them. (I should note here that I was completely safe and was in a cleared out area next to my vehicle) They told me that the tire that had blown out had "wear" on a specific place that suggested it had been aligned wrong previously. (THANKS! Scott's U-Save; see my review on that joke of an establishment) It took maybe 15 minutes to finish the job but I ended up staying there for about 20 minutes afterwards just talking and joking around with them like we were close friends. It cost me $35 for a used tire but it was the extremely friendly and fun (& professional!)customer service at Witvoet that will keep my business. They truly made me feel like a family member instead of a customer with money.
