This place was decent. They were able to communicate with me using Yelp pretty much in real time…read more Then they provided me with a couple different phone numbers I could call. Eventually, we were able to get up with them and have them come out to help my husband with his flat tire in the school parking lot. The guy who showed up was reasonably quick and polite, taking the spare tire from our backseat and replacing the flat within 5 minutes or so. We were then able to drive the car directly to a Firestone to have the tire more permanently replaced. My husband reported that the wheel squealed during the 10-minute drive to Firestone, and I have no way of knowing whether that's normal for a spare tire. But hey, this guy was reasonably fast and courteous and the job got done. Thanks. I didn't consider $50 to change a tire a significant amount of money, especially for people like us who know nothing about auto repair. I found it a little odd that they charge you an extra $5 to pay by credit card. These days very few people walk around carrying physical cash, so it seems like most people in our position wouldn't have the option of going to an ATM, if they had a flat and were stranded by the side of the road. But, whatever. Even a $5 surcharge isn't that important.

Money Hungry , Thieves , Doesn't respect peoples wishes . Helped me pull my car out of the ditch…read morebut didn't respect my wishes to wait on my Mom and Sister to pull up so we can make a family decision .As well as the car was still available to drive outside of the front being messed up which i have a picture and video of the car . I should've recorded the officer who locked me in the back of his squad car to help me "stay warm" but didn't respect my wishes to let me out and try to drive the car and didn't listen to my parents who were on the phone with me during all of this . The manager pulled off with the car as soon as they brought it up . Without my permission, as well as his "employee" who was African American and didn't have no say in anything witnessEd it all but as soon as we pulled up there . The employee was on another call and drove off while we were pulling in very guilty huh? So here we go with the disrespectful , lying , money hungry , goofy manager. He kept lying saying that I said one thing when I told him to his face "IM NOT MAKING A DECISION TILL MY MOM AND SISTER IS HERE". Gladly my mother walked in and talked things out with them because they know what they did to me her son . So with this also being connected to Park Forest police who tries to use people's accidents or people being stuck in a ditch. To their advantage so they can meet their "buisness" quota , and or make there police buddies look good as well for putting people into their money trap . Luckily me and my family was able to get the car out of that piece of shit ass yard. And gladly they didn't get reported to the news for the actions that I went through on MLK day . With Park Forest Police as well as Coys towing place . They prey on people who get into accidents on the backroads . should've just left myself in the car and waited on my insurance to pull up . But police are supposed to respect your wishes and help right ? Not help themshelves and their crooked ways of thinking. But God don't like ugly so in due time what goes around comes back around . God Bless and have a good rest of your year :)

The driver was extremely nice and treated us with respect...great bedside manners. Fast forward to today - I needed my car towed to get it fixed. The driver calls...doesn't tell me how far he is...just that he was in Hammond and on his way. I should have asked how far he was, but I was so tired...worked overnight and currently working right now...so he got annoyed that I didn't open my door right away when he knocked. I guess he knocked...idk none of us heard it, but my dogs started barking. I open the door and I see he's out there and here he comes with his little handy dandy metal clipboard and just says "$8"...meanwhile I said Good Morning and apologized for not hearing the door. I forgot my card...so I apologized again and told him I can grab my card info from my phone. He just walked away and threw his clipboard on the flatbed. He tells me I'm going to hook your car up while you do that...cool I didn't take long, so I stood there waiting. He starts making a comment about my bald tires. One they weren't bald, but I can agree that I need new ones. So twice I had to tell him how not everyone can afford brand new tires and still...he ran his mouth. Then it was time to pay... I said the first two numbers out loud and he walked away and threw his clipboard on the flatbed again...calls AL and asked him if he wants to run my card for $8....driver told AL he was going to pass me the phone so I can give him my card info...cool I did....and AL said my $8 went through....sorry, I didn't have $8 in cash. He wasn't done.... He decided to show more frustration because he didn't know where to go and if he had to go around and how I needed to let whoever know that he was on his way...I tried to explain what to do and where to go. It was super simple... After he left I called him to give him someone's number...someone who was going to meet him at the drop off location...he got irritated and said let me pull over...I told him I was just calling to see if I could text you the number, so that when you got there...you'd have the number....but instead he felt the need to huff and puff. I called Alamo and spoke to the girl who answered the phone. She was super nice and mentioned the driver did not have a busy morning, so he shouldn't have acted this way and agreed with me that if it had been her...she would have asked them to run her card for $8. I know some ppl would have matched his energy and clapped back. Could I have? Yeah...should I? For what? I wanted my car to get dropped off safely... Plus I'd hate to sound like a Karen and calling the business to complain, but one I'm still a female...where's the respect in that? I was nice to him and I didn't give him trouble...and if he hated his job that bad...why work this job? I wouldn't want anyone's mom, sisters, daughters to experience this...even for any guys. Their behavior is supposed to represent the business and this guy made me dislike Alamo's services. So a shout out to the first driver for his bedside manners. He had to tow my car at night. It had been pouring like crazy all day, so he was completely soaked and didn't show any frustration. He was on call and on shift til 4am. He could have easily been a jerk, but he was great. I wasn't alone, so he had me and the other woman with me jump in the truck so that we wouldn't get wet, but this guy today was just rude the entire time... Next time I'll ask triple AAA to send me someone else.
