We tried to work out a design with them for a project and it took three weeks to text us a layout. We weren't happy with the layout, so we came back in and altered the project. After they said they could do the second layout, they contacted us and said they couldn't complete the job as we wanted. We had already put a down payment for the work and when they couldn't do the work to our liking, they charged us 120 dollars for a layout design (they wanted to charge us more, but we settled on this amount). Go to Mo's they are night and day more professional and hashed out the design and a computerized layout on the first visit in 20 minutes, Mo's could do what we wanted, highly suggest staying away from AP&F and go to Mo's !!! We were never informed the layout time would cost money and when we stopped the job, they got mad and demanded money. Compare that to mo's we left with a computer designed layout from the start and they had 100% confidence they would complete the work to our satisfaction and even ordered software updates to their mat cutter !

I found Framed to Perfection on Yelp and made my way in. I was overwhelmed with all of the amazing pieces that they have offered for sale. Truly, there is something for everyone. Miss Katrina was on the floor and I explained my issue. I brought my rather large picture in and she went to work. Due to the age of the picture and framing, the parts were no longer used. No need to fret! Katrina took the frame apart and updated the fixtures. She even put on a new wire. She took time out of her day and she didn't even charge me. In this day when excellent customer service is no longer the norm, I am truly impressed with this business and especially Katrina. I appreciate you! Go check them out!

Deadwood Framing successfully repaired the scroll and mounted it in a framed box to prevent any possible future damage. Deadwood was helpful in picking the background box fabric and ensured the box frame could easily be mounted to the wall. The framed box was also made of a heavy duty acrylic "glass" that wouldn't crack easily. 2nd Custom Piece: We took an amazing panorama photo from our Hawaii vacation and printed it as a 6 foot banner. The banner photo turned out better than expected and we knew we needed to get it framed. Deadwood had an amazing metalic blue frame that complemented the banner photo perfectly. Deadwood also thought to use an acrylic glass due to the size of the frame. 3rd Custom Piece: My oldest and sweetest cat passed in 2020. I wanted a memorial frame that included my kitty's collar and name tag, a tuff of his furr, a paw imprint, and a photo of my kitty. The frame I originally picked could not be used since it didn't have enough depth for the items I wanted framed, but Wade suggested a different frame that looked even better. The matting and layout is better than anything I could have imagined. Deadwood even installed a special casing to prevent bugs from getting into the tuft of furr. I highly appreciate Deadwood's communication throughout the entire process and wonderful talented craftsmanship.

The message on the voicemail is not professional. I thought it was someone's residence, and the voice mailbox was full. I decided to just go and check it out. I discovered after I arrived that the owner had just passed away. There was a wait because the woman working at the counter (I believe it is the late owner's wife) didn't know what she was doing. I hope she is going to sell the business because she was stressed out and unprepared. Unfortunately, the store was out of 1/2 the items I needed for my class. I was about to pay for the few items they had and I told the woman that I was happy that students were offered the discount. The woman replied "No. My husband didn't do that". I calmly said that I was disappointed and would go somewhere else. She snidely remarked that that the discount would have only been around $3, so why didn't her business pick it up? I decided to buy the items. After she rang up my credit card she wasn't able to provide a receipt because the tape ran out. She didn't know where the tape was and said that I would have to wait for her staff member to replace it because he was with a customer. I told her I had to go so I wanted her to reverse the charges. She told me that I needed to calm down! No potential customer should have to deal with that kind of abuse. Posner's Art Store is so much better. Two people welcomed me.
