I don't know if something was up with their equipment or what, but saw on Google Reviews that several others also had this issue recently. I did finally get a hold of them 6 business days later after I called for the 4th time, though no explanation or apology was given about what happened before. Being that this is a smaller office, expect to have to wait for things like Crowns, they don't have a way to make them in office like most places. I really cannot emphasize enough that the office staff here is awful. You will hear them nonstop gossiping about nsfw topics if you're waiting in the lobby. When they do talk to patients, they talk like robots. I felt so bad for the several walk-ins that came by during my last visit. The office person simply didn't know how to interact with them when she learned they weren't existing patients. I am assuming she was flustered so she reverted to asking them the same check in questions over and over again which confused things even further as they had said at least twice already that they were new and didn't have appointments. I appreciate the professionalism of the dentist and hygienist here, but likely will be finding somewhere else that is a little more with the times.

I had teeth pulled and a partial plate out in, which I was scared. They calmed me, they brought in their service Dog and I was fine. Everyone treats you are the number one patient. I've got other dental work to do this year and I will definitely go back. And. Dr. Brown even called me the same night of the procedure to check on me. Doesn't get any better than that.
