When we first met with them, they said that they did accept our insurance and our portion would only be $350, which I paid in good faith trusting their word. Two weeks later, I get a bill for over $1,000 because the insurance denied the claim. I called my insurance company and found out that they were 'not in our network" and that was about all I could get out of them. So, I called Stillwater Endodontics to see if they would be willing to work with me since they stated that our portion was only going to be $350. NOPE! They stated that I should have looked into the insurance for myself, and they were not willing to reduce the amount and not willing to accept any payments lower than $100 a month, which I currently can't afford. If they would have told me our portion might be anywhere from $350 to $1,400 depending on if our insurance covered it from the start, I would have looked at other options. But they didn't and obviously won't until you owe them. So, please, do yourself a favor and make sure you get everything in writing from them with an absolute final total of your portion -not estimate- and have them sign it before these swindlers even charge you one penny.

He was very patient and caring and diagnosed my nerve problem and we got it fixed. He checked in with me later that day to see how I was feeling. The comparison to the two I had had done by dentists was mind blowing. In the previous instances there was discomfort in 1 and in the other they appeared to have injected anesthesia into a nerve that left a portion of my tongue and mouth numb for months. Neither problem happened with Eugenia, it was completely painless and everything was back to normal a by the end of the day. If I ever need another root canal this is who I want to do it.
