During the process, he had a really hard time getting the upper right back post in it took three tries. OK everything goes in a couple years roll by I start having problems with the one that he forced in. It has now gone through the bone and into my sinus. I go in there and he doesn't wanna deal with me so he puts me on antibiotics for five months destroyed my digestive system understand it's months later I still having trouble with my digestion. Then he wants to charge me $30,000 to fix it trying to get rid of me. I go to another Oral Surgeon and tell him my situation and he is astonished and said that should be a part of the original $25,000 and if I had been his client, he would not charge me anything cause it's not my fault. So I called this guy back he decides he can fix it. I mean, how Shady can you be? I decide I've had enough of this guy and I'm gonna get away from this guy. He's already got my digestion completely gone. I'm having to go to the doctor to try to get help. I tell him I just want to get back to my denture and just leave the way I walked in and not have my health any further affect affected. He charged me twice for anesthesia which cost me. I don't know another $2000 just so I can get back to where I was that what I was trying to do and he gave me too much anesthesia because I've never been that messed up before the last time I saw this guy. Let me warn you now go anywhere else because it may go fine. It may not but if it doesn't, you're gonna get screwed like I did.!!!!

So I had to have the tooth removed through oral surgery and bone grafting inserted to be prepped for an (implant) later. The day of surgery went (very well) with no complications etc. My follow up to have stitches removed went (very well). My follow-up to have plate removed from the grafting site went (very well). I am now scheduled 5 months out for the implant process. I will post a review on that process at that time. Overall my experience has been GREAT! I really like Dr. Miller's chair side manner and his calm professional manner when greeting me and talking with me. Great staff also. God bless them.

The staff seem to really care and make an effort to ensure you're comfortable and know what's going on. The facilities are nice as well; each space is bright and airy, and there are TVs to keep you distracted both in the waiting room and while you're in the dentist chair. Another plus is that when you need work done beyond a typical cleaning, the staff will give you a quote based on your insurance well before your next appointment so you aren't hit with an unexpected billing amount. Highly recommend!

We took her immediately to the hospital. We arrived at around 2:30 pm. She was triaged fairly quickly and told that beds were full and that they would get to us as soon as possible. During our time there one person passed out, they were taken back fairly fast, as I guess they didn't want to keep cleaning up her puke from the floor again. The second person was losing consciousness and about to pass out and throwing up in the bag, but when her friend just tried to ask how long they would be was told just to sit down and they'll be with them shortly. This all escalated as another guest basically told the guy to sit down shut up and wait his turn then another guest defended this lady after the guy told her to politely mind her own business. Which caused the security guard to come out.  All the while it's 1 hour, then 2 hours , then 3 hours while my mom is still unseen sitting in that waiting room.  Getting cold and finally telling me she wanted to leave. I gave up and told the receptionist that we wanted to leave but she tried to say she would get us back soon but a nurse in maroon scrubs said no don't guarantee her that cause if someone else is sicker then her they will go in first before her. So I signed waiver an left. Shame on you SMC. You need to do better,  you basically were saying that a 93 year old woman who earlier was choking was not a concern of any kind. Is it gonna take someone passing on the waiting room floor for someone to wake up. Plus with the pandamonium and drama with the guests and patients there. It was a horrible experience.  .

I don't know if something was up with their equipment or what, but saw on Google Reviews that several others also had this issue recently. I did finally get a hold of them 6 business days later after I called for the 4th time, though no explanation or apology was given about what happened before. Being that this is a smaller office, expect to have to wait for things like Crowns, they don't have a way to make them in office like most places. I really cannot emphasize enough that the office staff here is awful. You will hear them nonstop gossiping about nsfw topics if you're waiting in the lobby. When they do talk to patients, they talk like robots. I felt so bad for the several walk-ins that came by during my last visit. The office person simply didn't know how to interact with them when she learned they weren't existing patients. I am assuming she was flustered so she reverted to asking them the same check in questions over and over again which confused things even further as they had said at least twice already that they were new and didn't have appointments. I appreciate the professionalism of the dentist and hygienist here, but likely will be finding somewhere else that is a little more with the times.

As far as my procedure went, I've had four root canals done, (which I'm not proud of) and the one Dr. Walker gave me was by far the least painful one I've had. Dr. Walkers staff is incredible and they all make you feel welcomed. I waited patiently while another patient who arrived after me was called first, which honestly did not bother me. However, by 9:40 a.m., I was still waiting. Eventually, I was called back for my X-rays, and the dental assistant was very kind and professional. The receptionist also did her job well. After that, I waited for the dentist. She came into the room and, after several minutes, introduced herself. When I explained that I was there for my scheduled cleaning, she told me they did not have anyone available to perform it. This was extremely disappointing because I had already adjusted my work schedule and arrived late to work specifically for this appointment. She then offered to do the cleaning herself, which I initially appreciated. However, I was told I would have to wait another 1 hour and 45 minutes. At that point, I realized my time was not being respected, so I decided to leave. I left feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. The overall experience made me feel as though I was treated differently, and that is not how any patient should leave a healthcare office. As a proud Dominican and a naturalized U.S. citizen, I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. I hope this office reviews its scheduling practices and ensures that future patients are treated with the consideration and respect they deserve.
