Then I relayed the information to my husband who then called him. Cameron asked Scott to send the application. Scott says to the both of us that we would be wasting our money by filling out an application. Since he thinks it would be dumb to apply prior to seeing the house in person.... We explained our reasoning for filling out the application prior to seeing the home. We rather waste $100 to fill out paperwork then to drive 8hrs to view a home that should look identical to the listing he posted!? I asked Scott does the photos of the house you posted look like the house? If so then great we don't have much concerns. We will apply and then if we are approved we will go see the house before signing the lease. His response " No I just posted some bullshit pictures just for the heck of it." I reply with wow that was kinda of rude. Then he hangs up on me!! I will be reporting him & will be trying to reach out to his client ( owner of the house). His duties as a realtor is representing his clients appropriately & professionally. We aren't his clients I understand that but we are showing interest in his clients home. Michael lied and neglected to inform the other agent involved about the mold problem. To make matters worse, he advised the homeowner to cover it up with special mold paint in order to sell the property quickly and make it appear in better condition than it actually was, all for the sake of closing the deal and securing the money. His actions reflect a lack of professionalism, focusing more on profit and exploiting others for personal gain. There's more but I'll keep it short and simple.
