Probably the worst pawn shop I've delt with. The other reviews are quite spot on ..... arrogant expects you take next to nothing for your items and scoff at their condition. "Hey can I sell you something for gas money since I wasted my time." Proceed to try to get me to sell most of it for I'm guessing 15 bucks. "We're too far apart." They cannot seem to work with you. Seriously!?! Haven't been this dissatisfied with a business since Game On sent me to that pc repair in Waynedale. Have been stopping at Lev's since 1997 and never bought a thing. Horrible experience, Heard from a friend to check out Lev's for decent prices on 1911 and the such, It was my wife and I's 10th anniversary and she was treating me to a new toy, The worker Karl made the assumption it was a Strawhat sale aka Wrong, Said it extremely rude that he couldn't sell the gun to us, When I explain to him how the ACTUAL law works since he doesn't, he proceeds to scream strawhat sale over and over like a mongolloyd with a stutter. Horrible dishonest under new management never had problem 8 years prior to new manager. Would just go in every month pay no receipts honesty policy. I went in to Levs pawn on wells the other day. BIG MISTAKE! The employees were rude and arrogant. Believe me, they have no reason to behave that way, when they are trying to rip you off. For a 50$ playstation 3 game they wanted to give me 3$, and he said he was taking a chance. I took it somewhere else and got 15$ for the same exact game. The guys were horrible, and thought they were above me. They acted like they were so great and you the customer should just kiss the ground they walk on....well sorry the guys in that store were nothing to look at, at all! read more

These guys are a bunch of pricks. They overprice their stock, then they tell you that you have no idea what you're talking about when you bring it up. I went to look at guitar equipment there, they had what I thought was a fair price on a Carvin 2x10 combo amp. ($250) There was a short in the head of the unit, only one of the speakers worked, and they said they were actually discounting the price because of it. I honestly wouldn't have paid more than $120 for it, and that's the maximum I'd pay. They also had a guitar that I tried out: It was a Dean Avalanche 7 string. It had the basic hardware (Not the Floyd Rose tremolo or locking nut), and they wanted $380 for it. Mind you, Guitar Center charges $300 for it, WITH the extra hardware. Not to mention the pickups were rusted out, the internal wiring was completely screwed, and the input jack only worked half the time. Don't deal with these guys. They're rude, condescending, and have no idea how to properly rip people off. If you're going to overcharge people, at least make it seem like there's something special about that item. read more
