Dr. Levine and his staff have been wonderful. I'm a new patient and they worked me in within a couple of days. Everyone was prompt and courteous. As soon as Dr. Levine saw me he did 3 biopsies which came back as basal cell. After they received the results I was scheduled 3 days later for removal. Personally, I appreciate a doctor who is matter of fact but Dr. Levine also mixes in sincere care and concern. I highly recommend this practice. read more

I had a great appointment, was taken back to an examination room a few minutes before my appointment time and seen by the doctor promptly. He took one look at my skin and said, "I don't think that's psoriasis, I think that's eczema. Let's treat you for that." Years I've had dermatologists telling me "it's psoriasis" and nothing worked for long. Years. They even wanted me to start taking oral meds, which I resisted because of the side effects. Eczema is a less serious issue, so I was happy to try to treat the problem that way. Two weeks and the problem was gone. It's still gone. This is a very happy patient. read more

Doctor Levine was in and out of the consultation within 2 min. He was short and rude. I felt he did not care to speak or treat my son

By far the worst medical office experience I have ever had. The front office was incredibly rude and treated me as a second class citizen. The dr basically blew me off because I "only" had acne and nothing more serious or expensive he could charge my good insurance (sorry, not sorry). I saw more "students" there then any other medical office I have been to and I feel terrible that these poor new doctors are learning terrible bed side manner from him. I will never refer anyone here BUT if you wanted to be treated terribly this is the place for you! read more

Just like a few other people on here, I was nervous to see Dr. Livine because of poor reviews. I didn't have much choice because of insurance so I went anyway. There's not much to say about his dated office but I was very please with my visit. I showed up Early, was seen promptly and finished before my actual appointment time. I was hesitant about going to see Dr. Norman with the bad reviews listed; however, I decided to check him out regardless. I was referred by my nurse practitioner and was very pleased with my visit. The front desk staff was prompt and courteous. I waited less than 15 minutes and was seen right away by Dr. Norman. Poor customer service. Rude. I'm speechless and hurt. I left his office in tears when he never acknowledged his prescribed medications did not help my son and his allergy/acne skin problem progressed instead of improving . Seing my son swelling and face, back, and chest skin so red n purple have me so concerned . I'm worried for his life and skin. He's scratching himself all over the place including his head until he bleeds. He is also not sleeping well. I find him sitting up n asleep ...Acne? Dr Agarwal his primary care doctor prescribed steroids , fungal cream, and anti itch and allergy pill that has helped him tons. But he just finished his meds and it's all coming back. .. I'm looking for someone else to help my son get better. I was never rude to the doctor. He said its acne and he believed to be right even when his meds made things worst. He was our hope and I'm left with this is all a 13 yrs old hormonal thing and all pure heritage stuff . When no one has it. :"( please help ! read more

This review is about Lisan Peng, who is Dr. Levines office associate. I could not find a separate listing for Dr. Peng, so I am putting my rating here. Dr. Peng is very friendly. She is good at prescribing meds for skin rashes ( I have seborrhea and she Rex topical creams for me.) But she did an awful job of skin cancer screening! Skin cancer runs in my family, so I needed a really thorough check up! She missed a big lesion on my forehead and shrugged off a big lesion on my waist! Now I have to go get a secon option on these lesions, and hopefully, get these suspicious moles biopsied! read more

Do not bring your children here . I took my 12 year old daughter to get a steroid shot for a Keloid scar that she had from having a mole surgically removed in this office. When Dr. Norman is supposed to be giving her the shot, as we discussed over an e-mail that it was what she needed at this appt. He instead asks her, do you want the shot? She says, " no. " and he says that he won't at this point. I tell him your the Dr. and I am the mom we know that she needs it and what's best for her and it's not her choice. He says it is because she's the patient and he walks out on me when I am telling him, " I can not believe this is happening that a 12 year old child afraid of shots is going to decide if to receive the medication that she needs and not her mom or the you the dr." I am in disbelief that this happened but it honestly did. I have never felt so disrespected or undermined with my own child's well-being. Now I need to find another Dr. that will do Dr. Levine Norman's job since he refuses to. To top it off he had 2 medical students shadowing him, I pray they do not do as he does. I was reluctant to see Dr Levine after reading all the reviews on here. I was greeted by the front office and did not wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The tech that took me back was wonderful and listened to my concerns. Dr Levine walked in and immediately introduced himself and we chatted about why I was there. He was very tentative and talkative about my condition. He has a sense of humor which is nice to break the ice with me as I do not like doctoring. I did not feel pushed off by him , he took the time to answer my questions. He also told me a few times to call with any questions or concerns I may have in the future. I will definitely be going back to him with any issues I may have in the future. read more

Dr Levine is a really bad dermatologist. I took my 2-year-old for eczema, and he almost told me just to take it, that she would outgrow and it was nothing to do.
