After several years of ok routine dermatology appts here, Linda Barrows and her 'staff' are out. The fact that covid precautions are practiced for lung disease patients, told me Barrows needs to open her own independent office that focuses on the care of seriously comprised lung patients. While special concessions and considerations by ANY Dr. in 2022, are applauded, to force other patients to comply with a lifted state and local mandate, OR not be seen, is out of Linda Barrows dictatorship reach. Her MA staff, from the short walk to the patient exam room, has serious memory loss, as too what your appt is for. Even though, your schedule in, rests in their hands. Literally none of the patient history is read prior to being seen. Repetitive questions because no one read the chart, defines a disinterested medical office staff. Their office fees are far too steep to be treated like you do not matter, but others that are not even present, when you are there, do. In 2022, a provider that caters to patients with a particular disease, SHOULD BE specializing in the patients who have that condition. Not routine patients, that would like to have a mutual respect, interaction. Not browbeating patients who walk in the door for a routine appt, about a mandate that does not lawfully exist, anywhere else in an entire county. and then treated like an inconvenience, when you're seen, just isn't right.
