People (receptionist) inside building don't seem aware of this. (the signs) when I asked. It is uncomfortable to park at this location, and I will try to schedule my appointments with Specialists In Dermatology at another location. If people that work at this location can provide information and say it is OK or not OK to park, esp with an appointment with Spec Derm that would be extremely helpful. In addition, Specialists In Dermatology doctors (ie dr Wechita) are very personable and professional and nice to work with. Thank you, Dr. W for immediately responding, though the signage in the parking lot is still threatening and uncomfortable, and still don't know if it is allowable to park there without being towed, even if I am visiting Specialists In Dermatology. There are predatory towing services that take advantage of people and I don't have the time or $$ to be stranded and then try to get my vehicle back. If the signs in the parking lot clearly state that if you are visiting the offices and there is not a problem that would be quite beneficial. If I visit this location again, or am in the area, I will take a picture of the signs that are throughout the parking lot.

I left a poor review for Specialists in Dermatology in July 2026 due to complications from Mohs…read moresurgery performed by Dr. Hu and her staff. What lead to the scathing review was the fact the Dr. Hu would not even acknowledge my problem, even after I made a special trip to the office to simply ask the staff to give Dr. Hu a message to call me because of my wound which would not heal after Mohs surgery in April 2026 performed by Dr HU. The PA and the wound care staff member were not properly trained to care for a severe wound like mine, which became infected. I ended up in the emergency room and subsequently had to be treated once a week at TMC Wound care for 3 months before the wound finally healed. This included debriding the wound, placing medications in the would and having a special medical compression wrap replaced once per week for almost 3 months. After I left the review, I received a call from an administrator from their office. She asked me to describe what transpired. After she heard my story, she said they would investigate the situation and promised to call me back. Well, here we are, almost 2 months later and no one has tried to reach me. I feel like Dr. Hu considers herself to be quite above her patients and does not show any empathy for a problem like mine. I will never go back to their office and will continue to tell this story to anyone who will listen.
