He explained everything that was happening before and during and it all went very quickly, smoothly, and nearly painlessly. The assistants helped me stay calm while he was performing the extraction. They were actually really nice about my panic unlike a lot of dentists I've been to. A couple of hours after I left, he even called to check on me and make sure I was still okay. Kyla, assisted in the care and was extremely caring and very sweet. She made the temporary bridge which fits very comfortable. Dr Dill recommended a crown for my back molar that had a old filling partially broke off. I did not…read morehave any pain, what so ever. I asked him if we could try a filling. He stated a filling would not hold due to the likelihood of the filling not adhering to my tooth. I trusted his recommendation and proceeded with the process of coming in several times for the crown. 1st Evaluation. 2nd visit: crown prep and temp crown placement 3. Permanent crown placement. I paid half the cost of the crown out of pocket $773 at my eval appointment. Another dentist performed the procedures, not Dr Dill. After my permanent crown placement. I went to check out at the front lobby. The receptionist told me my insurance did not cover my crown. She stated the claim and X-rays did not sufficient for payment. I reached out to my insurance company and the rep stated, their reviewing dentist determined the information provided did not does not show structure loss that cannot be repaired with routine filling. I reached out to the insurance claims person at his office regarding resubmitting photos, thorough explanation and x rays proving the necessity crown placement. She stated she sent in all the documents, my insurance still did not approve the claim. I received the a bill for the remaining balance of $686. A total of $1459. Therefore, Dr Dill and his office could not provide adequate documentation to justify the necessity of the crown placement to another dentist to approve a claim. FYI this is my first crown that could have been treated with a filling, if that failed a crown could have been placed after. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

I have had my implant done here and had a great experience! I brought my boyfriend here to get his implant done as well. Before we were going to start this process, We signed up and got him insurance, I'm no expert on insurance, but I know how to read and I read that extractions were covered immediately not 100% but 80% of it would be covered. During our consultation with the office they told me his insurance would not cover the extraction or anything needed at this time. I felt a little dumb but played it off like I'm not insurance expert. I knew it wouldn't cover anything else but kept reading extractions were covered. We have him scheduled for the bone graft this upcoming Friday, well last Wednesday he started having terrible pain, by Friday he was going to rip this tooth out of his head and this office was closed those three days for the holidays. So I had to get him in to get the tooth pulled somewhere else that Friday, lo and behold the lady At this dental office came back saying Oh, your insurance does cover the extractions up to 80% so all you owe is $60 today.. I thought to myself wow so Dr. Cannon's office must've not even checked.. Fast forward to today I call to explain what happened and when do we need to come back in for a bone graft?.. She rudely tells me on the phone oh, we're not going to just cut him back open and do a bone graft. He'll have to do that when he gets the implant... I have no idea what that means and I just sit in silence on the phone because I'm thinking to myself is that not the next step for the implant because that's what you were going to do on Friday is pull the tooth and put a bone graft in and that bone graft has to heal for a certain amount of time.. I expressed to the girl on the phone that I don't know what that next step means and she seemed to not even care to talk to me about it or explain anything to me, because she absolutely did not. And at this point, the receptionist, both of them alone have put such a bad taste in my mouth. I've decided to not use this office at all.. So moving forward, double check your insurance because they're just gonna try to charge whatever they want, without checking your insurance. And they do not have good customer service.. At all. I'm about to spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS here and you're going to act like I'm a problem questioning what is being done? i dreaded everytime I had to call because of how they made me feel. One is more nice than the other but still both not willing to actually help your problems on the phone. Dr. Cannon and the girls in the back are great, But the receptionist just lost Having us as patients here. And when they read this, they probably won't even care just like how they made me feel on the phone. Hope this helps someone who isn't financially well off and made to feel dumb by this office. He relied mostly on the x-rays of my teeth even though I was a brand new patient to him. The hygienist tried to bring his attention to a tooth that concerned both she and I but he did not take the time to really look at it. I have never experienced a dental exam (or lack thereof) like that before in my life. Usually the dentist looks in your mouth and taps around checking various teeth--none of that took place. It was like going to the doctor and they only look at lab work and never listen to your heart/lungs or check your blood pressure--but expect to know exactly what's wrong with you based just on your lab tests without actually looking at you! Crazy. I will not be going back.

I'd become worried that the bone would deteriorate beyond repair if I let it go longer so I took a chance. It was affordable and took only a few visits over 6 months.
