I came to him with an A1C of 14, an existence of 24/7 pain, failing eyesight, and despair...such as I've never known. Dr. Williams described himself to my husband and I as a physician who treats the patient...not just the condition. In other words, to him i wasn't going to be "milked" for payments, I was going to be treated like an individual with unique individual needs. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AND MY HUSBAND EXPERIENCED!!! Today my AIC is in the 5's...way below diabetes. No more insulin!!! I'm running several miles every week. I've returned to writing my short books which are taking off! I'm way below my previous weight...back to "small", but most of all...most of all...I'M NO LONGER IN PAIN!!! THANKS BE TO G-D for all this!!!! I lost my Mother of Blessed memory to medical malpractice, which was confirmed in a court of law. Afterwards I feared doctors. Today, I'm no longer afraid of going to a doctor. But then again, Dr. Bradley Williams is not justify a "Doctor"...he's so MUCH MORE!

Thank You Doctor Williams and Staff for letting me know during a pandemic there's a group and doctor that still exist that truly cares for patients and I pray 100 fold blessing back to you and your office. Dr. Vishteh spends much of time in trauma surgery and his private patient practice is rather small. His is a small office which means there are less people to do things but the personal experience is overall better. His assistant, Dana, is also a key component of his practice and she is fantastic. He only sees patients on Wednesdays so he's not the easiest guy to see. (Buuuut... I needed neck surgery and since I have just the one neck...) Dr. Vishteh is personable, kind, compassionate and a great listener. My hospital experience was everything he and Dana promised it would be. He came to see me before surgery, after surgery and the following morning. While I was in pre-op, the anesthesiologist leaned over and pointed to a scar on his neck. He said "Dr. Vishteh did my surgery and I don't know how you found him but you're in the best of hands." This was precisely the kind of thing I needed to hear before heading to the operating room. My surgery was two weeks ago today and I walked 3.5 miles this morning. I would never have guessed I'd be so functional after cervical spine surgery. It's going to be a long road with healing and recovery but I'm off to an amazing start. One bit of feedback for the office: Make some handouts for pre-op and post-op. I felt a bit unprepared a few times and had the call the office with questions. If you're having a problem in your neck, I cannot recommend Dr. Vishteh enough. He's truly a gem.

You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I have been going to Paradise Valley Family Medicine for quite a number of years, and I have had…read moreDr. Anthony Katz as my primary care physician. When I remember to make my annual checkup with enough notice, I meet with Dr. Katz. Otherwise, I have met with several of his nurse practitioners. I have been pleased with my interactions with Dr. Katz and the nurse practitioners, who I feel all listen to me, provide updates in a thoughtful manner, and follow-up afterwards with any referrals or prescriptions. There is an automated system that can connect people with the front desk, voicemail system, or provide other system as need be. When you're speaking with the front desk, they are quite helpful whether they answer questions or help schedule or reschedule an appointment. Any paperwork is submitted and charges are made in advance or following the appointment so that you do not need to worry about either while you're checking in for your appointment. Any bloodwork is done in the office instead of going to a separate location (as they used to do a few years back). Needless to say, it's very convenient to work with the Paradise Valley Family Medicine office. As for Dr. Katz and the nurse practitioners, they have gone out of their way to make calls, do research, and follow-up with me between appointments to ensure that I am taken care of whether it is a sleep study, having a prescription be honored, or even having a prescription successfully make it to the nearby pharmacy. They use a portal, which is easy for sharing test results, visit summaries, or sending messages back and forth. You can learn more about the Paradise Valley Family Medicine on their website (https://www.pvfamilymed.com). Get offer primary care, well child exams, well woman examinations, annual physicals, sports and camp physicals, adult and pediatric immunizations, preventative health care, and pre-operative clearance. To see Dr. Katz or another doctor, make an appointment about a month in advance. You can see a nurse practitioner about two weeks in advance, and they are wonderful! I have enjoyed working with Brooke and Allison in the past. They are typically open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Friday from 8 AM to 12 noon. Holiday hours differ a bit. All in all, I'm glad to go to the Paradise Valley Family Medicine and recommend them to anyone needing a primary care physician.

I'm looking at the literature that was printed out for me, it's a one sheeter about De Quervains tendinitis. So ten dollars for an info sheet, I'm thinking okay, maybe this was a medical publication from Dr Mohty and that's why he's charging so much for it...? Nope. I went to google the exact words on the one sheeter, and it pulled up cedars Sinai medical centers info on De Quervain. Word for word it was copied from this website. So when I called to inquire about the charge the front desk girl recited something along the lines of "well add Mohty has these brochures and he has the info in his own words" and then something like "obviously this is information that he provided you is something you needed so that's why he's charging you" and "he has treated thousands of patients and this has never been a problem" My problem is that 1. He is plagiarizing info 2. He's charging in EXCESS for a sheet of info that is online for free.
