The space is clean, and the people working here were nice and efficient. The nurse was particularly great with my toddler. There wasn't any toilet paper left in the bathroom, and the tap credit card machine wasn't working. Little inconveniences. Their online interface pre- and post-appointment are top notch.

This is my second visit this week due to a long illness and while I was explaining why I came back I decided to give her the overall from last Tuesday since she didn't serve me then. She rudely says ok so why are you here today. No bedside manner at all. Then when I was about to leave I was waiting for the pharmacy notification to see if my meds were ready the front desk lady tells me the service is not that good here you should go outside. Signal was fine I strongly suspect she was trying to get rid of me because when she said that she walked away from me. Very unprofessional. Not even a have a nice day or a feel better. Won't be coming back to this one again. No bedside manner and they rush you out the door for no reason. I'm sick and perhaps I didn't want to step outside in the heat again so soon. The security guard was a sweetheart though so five stars to her but not to the people in the office.

I hobbled over and with the help of Tiera, Erica, and Doctor Lum, my wounds were cleaned up and bandaged. I returned on Monday because a piece of gauze was stuck in place and it hurt when I tried to remove it. Tiera, Chris, and Shawna worked on my legs to dress my wounds painlessly ~ what a wonderful team! We've headed to Forest Hills Urgent Care when we need a doctor for years and I'm grateful to have them directly across the street.

My uncle went in for the first time a month ago and he was having trouble breathing, had a chronic cough with no fever. But because of COVID-19 and his reg dr wasn't available, we decided to visit UMD. Dr. Sinha was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. She immediately gave him a COVID-19 test(was negative)and called in a few prescriptions to his pharmacy. He felt much better after taking them but we did go to a pulmonary dr soon after and he diagnosed his condition and gave him regimented med. So we had to go back again within a few weeks after again for an unrelated injury. And again Dr. Sinha came to the rescue. She took care of the problem and explained everything to us and ordered another test to check on the injury. We returned today and she explained the results. She was very thorough! While waiting in the exam room, I was feeling anxious and warm (it was over 80 degrees outside), so I pulled my hoodie off one shoulder to cool down. When the doctor entered the room with what appeared to be two nurses in training, the very first thing he said to me was, "Cover yourself up appropriately." I was completely taken aback and embarrassed by this comment. It immediately made me feel judged and ashamed, and I found it difficult to focus on the rest of the appointment because I was so upset. No patient should be made to feel uncomfortable or shamed about their appearance, especially in a medical setting where they should feel safe and respected. After more than a decade as a patient, this encounter completely shattered the trust and sense of respect I believed existed between myself and this practice. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this practice. For context, I have attached a photo showing how I was dressed at the time. Given the 82-degree weather and the fact that I had simply moved my hoodie off one shoulder while waiting alone in the exam room, I do not believe the doctor's comment was warranted.

I had a bit of an unexpected experience here - I made an appointment and received a confirmation so…read morethat seemed fine. I arrive 10 min before my appointment time and actually called an hour before just to confirm. I arrive and the doors were locked. It was still half an hour before the location was supposed to close so I just kind of leaned against the wall outside since I came because I actually needed urgent care - I could hardly walk because I completely threw my back out. A man comes by and also tries to go in - he came out of an appointment a few hours before and the facility didn't send the pharmacy his medication at all. We both waited and I called Nao Medical customer service. Truly, customer service was amazing and they said they'd try to get ahold of this location because the location was literally still supposed to be open. Not five minutes later a lady comes to the door and opens it. She says "No we're closed, you need to leave and rebook". The other guy with me started to push back really hard because the medication was really important. I feel like even a vague sense of kindness would have been fine, but the abrupt turnaway and her locking the door back up in front of me with less than zero empathy had me a little teary eyed. I hobbled down the street a little ways before customer service called noting they weren't able to get ahold of them at all, the guy was really confused on what was happening - that dude was great and I was able to rebook for another location - I was half choked up from the rejection and back pain so it's a miracle he was able to hear me properly. Anyway, that's how I ended up traveling 4 more miles to another Nao Medical and FYI while they do take Cigna, they Don't take Cigna Essential Health so thank goodness for my HSA card having money on it instead but I should have just called my insurance's urgent virtual care and saved all the effort. Genuinely, I was really happy when this place first opened because it has nice branding, looks new and clean, and was really close to me. Really bummed it didn't work out well for me.

Easy to use with their website/app to electronically take a place in line even hours ahead. The doctors are always so nice and explain everything thoroughly. Most importantly they are so easy going with the kids. They also follow up with you a day or two after. We used them for fevers, cough, stomach bugs and even removing a pen cap in a nose I'm sure we will find other ways (common and uncommon) to visit them.

Dr. Salib has excellent bedside manner and provided me a doctor's note from work so I could properly heal from a bad respiratory infection.
