She was a little squirmy (she's a toddler after all), but they only poked her arm once (the first time a blood draw only took one try in her short life) and within minutes we were done and ready to go! The office is very nice and clean and you get seen immediately The doctor was very nice and listened carefully to what exactly I needed. The receptionist was also very nice and quick with everything. The only problem was that the referral they give is basically like a prescription paper, unfortunately the dermatologist I wanted to see didn't take this type of referral. But this urgent care is awesome!

I love the staff, availability of appointments for what I am looking for, and the turnaround time to be seen once I am checked in. I truly feel like my healthcare here is personalized as doctors listen to my concerns and speak with care and compassion. It's important to work with a provider who really empathizes and takes the time to hear what their patients have to say. My experience makes me so sad knowing that so many people will likely see many different doctors that don't take them seriously and will be turned off to healthcare in general. Having someone by your side makes the biggest difference in health outcomes and I would recommend Leaf to anybody in the neighborhood.

They said they replied back saying their grace period is 10 minutes, but don't they know that people are messaging them while they're on the train underground and might not receive it? Reason for my visit: I may have broken my middle finger (yes out of all fingers to possibly break). Now, I dance and write super slowly. I slammed it into a hard chair, and finally feeling the pain of the hit now, so I walked in around 10:30 AM. How was the process? I filled out 3 forms submitted my ID, insurance, and waited about 15 minutes (maybe less? pain changes time feel (that could have been a made up word). I walked in to have a diagnosis from a kind P.A. named Rodrick and had the help of a couple of wonderful nurses. Then, I was sent to get an X Ray at Lennox Hill Radiology. Very quick and responsive. I would highly recommend this spot if you need urgent care.

She refused to assist me in any way. Open a door, hand the sample to her, etc. Never made eye contact with me even when doing the workup for the doctor.
