HOWEVER its all kind of pointless when you dont get any results at all. i first went for my rapid and pcr test on 12/28 and only received my rapid results within 30 min. today is 1/7 (10 days) and i still have not received my pcr results. i made an appointment for yesterday 1/6 for my rapid and pcr again (because i'm traveling next week). and they said i should expect my rapid results in 30 min in my portal account. it is now the following day and i still see nothing new in my portal account. i would not recommend this place for rapid/pcr testing unless you want to get tickled in the nose with no results.

She called them today to ask if she could be given an appointment a bit closer to home for us than what they'd initially set up - and was told that there might be another option in Queens. We asked for the address of said place in Queens. Kinda important, since we're dealing with a foot fracture and can't move around super easily. At least the block or thereabouts. The lady on the phone flat out REFUSED to give us the address, despite being asked THREE TIMES "please let us know what the address of this place is, so we can see how to get there". Every time she'd avoid giving us a straight answer, almost aggressively. Somehow, someway, the person on the phone simply would not provide a geographical location/address - and doubled-down by telling my wife "if you don't make a decision now, and if you have to cancel the appointment, you'll be in trouble later". We'd completely understand if there were some rule or regulation keeping her from giving us a street address - but she never mentioned anything along those lines. She simply tried to be as unhelpful and rude as possible. Absolute sham of a service, almost malicious incompetence on display. Hope other CityMDs have better staff.

A few years ago, we brought my son in and the staff quickly recognized that he had pneumonia. They were thorough, attentive, and would not allow us to leave until they arranged a transfer to Elmhurst ER, which I truly appreciated. During what was a very stressful and scary situation as a parent, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable. On another visit with my youngest child, we again received excellent care. The staff was kind, patient, and reassuring, and we never felt rushed. This location is also never busier than expected, and the registration process is always quick and efficient, which makes a big difference when you're there with a sick child. Overall, we've felt well cared for each time and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The clinical exam room was also clean. The only star I take off for this place is the receptionist who was a young sullen woman who did not GAF about anything. Every interaction was unpleasant, but I didn't take any of it personally. All in all, would recommend, as they open at 8am, though I did not come right at 8am.

Medical assistant took some vitals, medical provider came in. It was a very quick visit, in an out, the doctor looked at my ear for the beginning of an ear infection, told me to continue what i'm doing with taking decongestion & told the MA to put in some prescriptions. Not five minutes later a lady comes to the door and opens it. She says "No we're closed, you need to leave and rebook". The other guy with me started to push back really hard because the medication was really important. I feel like even a vague sense of kindness would have been fine, but the abrupt turnaway and her locking the door back up in front of me with less than zero empathy had me a little teary eyed. I hobbled down the street a little ways before customer service called noting they weren't able to get ahold of them at all, the guy was really confused on what was happening - that dude was great and I was able to rebook for another location - I was half choked up from the rejection and back pain so it's a miracle he was able to hear me properly. Anyway, that's how I ended up traveling 4 more miles to another Nao Medical and FYI while they do take Cigna, they Don't take Cigna Essential Health so thank goodness for my HSA card having money on it instead but I should have just called my insurance's urgent virtual care and saved all the effort. Genuinely, I was really happy when this place first opened because it has nice branding, looks new and clean, and was really close to me. Really bummed it didn't work out well for me.
