Absolutely the worst. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for routine bloodwork. Understaffed.

There is one front staff employee who is rude, discourteous, and brings down the morale of all other staff; I only get my blood work done by Ingrid because she is gentle and kind. read more

Been coming here for a while, can't say i've had a bad experience. Even as a walk in i'm usually in and out in 30-45 min.

I Have read some of the reviews and I'm very surprised how many patients were not pleased . I send all our patients to Labcoro my husband goes there a well as my daughter and friends . The ladies in the front are not friendly but they are not rude ever . The phlebotomist are great ( I'm a phlebotomist so I know) the young woman was very sweet . I left a message to see if I can walk in with my husband , God willing I will get a call back . Will continue to keep up with reviews for the patients we send to lab . This is my favorite place . / update I never got a call back . I waited all day with my cell phone in my hand just to make sure I didn't miss call . Still I can tell you my husband had his lab work done on Thursday and they were great . I guess you can leave messages. read more

I've been going to this place for over 5 years now & my experience has always been professional. While yes, it can get very busy at times, I just patiently wait. Definitely appreciate being able to check-in & wait in my car to receive a text that a technician can now see me. Before, during & post Covid-19 my visits to this location have gone smoothly. read more

Very unprofessional, my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, waited per instructions in car for text to enter facility, at 9:25 entered facility (still no text) identified myself, and was told I can continue to wait in car, and I would be texted when they were ready for me. At 9:45 re-entered the facility (again identifying myself), this time was told my name was not on the appointment list, and my appointment was canceled, that they attempted to call me, and left a message, .....NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT ON MY PHONE! read more

There is something seriously wrong with the girl at the front counter. I was holding my 1 year old as she was getting routine bloodwork. Door was locked when i got there. She gave me the biggest attitude bc she had to get up to open it then was equally rude in telling me to check in and bring the forms to her. She just looked a d sounded really angry to be there. Makes me wonder why you are there if you hate your job so much. I left before even getting the bloodwork done because i am not trusting my baby to people who don't even have any basic human etiquette. I will call the manager to let her know but based on how the employees act I doubt anyone will care. I have no idea who Maritza was I'm the 5 star review but it couldn't have been the same person I saw. read more

I had to complete a toxicology exam for my new job. They woman at the counter when you first walk in barley took her eyes off her phone to address me. She asked for ID which I gave and she asked for it again (because she was too busy on her phone to see it). She was rude and unprofessional. She did not give any guidance and was even ruder to the older man who came after me. The lab tach who I next went to for the actual urine sample was equally rude, dismiss, and offered no instruction as in what's the next step. The girl at front though. Horrible. read more

Went for a TLC drug screening. Had an appointment at 7:30am. Came in and checked in, and waited almost an hour before finally going up and asking what's going on. After that got called in to pee in a cup but didn't have to because as a normal person i use the bathroom and brush my teeth once i wake up. So when i came back with an empty cup and said i couldn't can you give a few to drink water, she had a huge attitude. Didn't say a word just rolled her eyes and shook her head. So yea let's just say that place did not professional at all. Old and outdated as well. They have two chairs. They're old and worn. And bathroom looks a mess. read more

Had a great, professional and efficient experience as a first time patient of LabCorp! Was visiting for routine bloodwork and after having an absolute nightmare experience with Quest Diagnostics, I was beyond grateful for the friendly customer service provided me at this LabCorp location. Maritza at the front was warm, friendly and answered all my questions. I was a last minute walk-in about 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday nervous they would turn me away; Maritza quickly put my my mind at ease assuring me I'd be seen. Check in process was smooth, fast and clean! Test was done properly with attention to detail making me feel I was well taken care of. Office had proper social distancing and the parking lot made it easy to pull up. Thank you again for showing such professionalism and care for the patient! read more

Had a TLC annual drug test appointment done by calling the 800 number. Was told I could not make a same day appointment I asked to speak to a supervisor. The lady transferred me to customer service. I explained I had a sick wife and had no time. She was nice enough to make an appointment the next day at this location that I have been to 3 times before. When I arrived I checked in at the kiosk. One of the workers named Maritsa Called me over and asked me if I made the appointment online. I said no I called the 800 number. She said it says it was made online. I told her to call up their office an verify. She said I had to do it and when I got them on the line she would listen on speaker phone. 1/2 hour later the rep finally answered. The whole time I had to go to the bathroom and asked for a cup and they said no they could not give me a cup. I said if I go now I would waste more time trying to go again they all responded like that's just the way it is. The rep came back about 10 minutes later and Maritza was able to verify that I called. After holding my bladder for an hour I was finally lead to a room so I could pee. No apology, just the TLC does not allow online appointments. I also told her how would the TLC know? Like they have appointment police that are going to crack down on them. Well to make a long story short. I was right and they were totally wrong. I have since called and complained about how I was treated. I was treated less human then an animal. I was basically called a liar when I didn't lie and they needed a 3rd party to verify that I wasn't lying. I wish I could leave no stars or minus stars because that is what they deserve. Tomorrow I will call the New York City Department of health on them. I am not being vindictive, I am standing up for myself and the people that can't. So these power hungry workers don't do this to anyone else. read more
