Because of his incompetence and negligence, I am now having to pay tens of thousands worth of damage. I contacted him after my contractor tore the hardwood floor up and saw that the subfloor as well as joists have been rotting. Cyrus has a very patronizing tone of voice and told me that it's nothing serious and that he would take a look at it again and update his report in a couple of days. Then the next day he tells me that he won't revisit unless he has the tenants' contact info. I let him know ahead of time to only communicate with me about findings and repairs. He gets an attitude and tells me that he's doing me a favor even though HE made a costly mistake which I'm now having to pay. I don't hear from him at all when the appointment comes and then he emails me the same evening saying he doesn't have me on his calendar. This man is a fraud. Don't ever use his services. He may not even be certified.
