i really wanted to support this local business, but unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. i've purchased items from leveled up before and have never had an issue or needed to exchange anything, so this was pretty disappointing. a few weeks ago, i bought a hat while i was in a bit of a rush and didn't realize until i got home that it was a trucker-style hat instead of a baseball-style hat, which i much prefer. since they don't offer refunds, i figured i'd just exchange it for store credit. my first attempt was a waste of time because i drove all the way to east aurora only to find the store closed, even though both the website and the hours posted on the door said they should've been open. the second time i went back they were open. i brought the hat back exactly as i bought it. i never wore it, never even tried it on, still had all the tags attached, and had kept it in the original bag in my home while waiting to exchange it. the employee helping me immediately started inspected the hat intensely and pointed out what she said was a makeup stain and told me they couldn't take back merchandise that had been worn. i was honestly caught off guard because i know for a fact i never wore or even tried on the hat. it came across as pretty accusatory, especially when she said they don't even put merchandise out with stains on it. did it ever occur to anyone that another customer could've tried the hat on before i bought it? after inspecting the hat for what felt like an unnecessary amount of time, she finally agreed to give me store credit, but only as a "one-time exception." i appreciate that i was ultimately able to exchange it, but the way the situation was handled made me feel like i was being accused of something i didn't do. i guess it really will be a one-time credit because after the way i was treated over a stain that was there before i even bought the hat, i don't see myself coming back. read more

Purchased two items. One was in stock, one was not. Waited over a week and in stock item hadn't shipped, so I emailed. I was told it was being shipped the next day. Long story short, I waited a MONTH before the in stock item was received. Only to revive a USED product! I had asked several times in the month for my money back, only yo be ignored. BUYER BEWARE: The lackluster customer service I recently experienced by the leveled up buffalo manager was extremely disturbing to me as a regular consumer in area. My mother purchased me a pair of sandals. I went to put them on and immediately noticed that both shoes were LEFT FOOTED. I contacted the store right away via instagram and called the shop multiple times, I received no reply. When I returned to Buffalo I went back to the store with the shoes in hopes of exchanging my left footed shoe for a right one. That did not happen. I have yet to get an adequate remedy to the problem of: 2 left footed shoes. Between my family and close friends, we have spent well over thousands of dollars in this store. I can only hope that their customer service improves for the sake my other community members who will be purchasing items at leveled up buffalo. GO BILLS!! read more

Do NOT shop at leveled up Leveled Up Buffalo. Lindsey is insecure about her products and does everything she can to ruin other small Buffalo businesses. She is apparently threatened by other businesses in the area and wants to be the only Buffalo store so she can continue to sell at outrageous prices for mediocre quality items with zero refund/exchange policy. But don't take my word for it check out her google reviews, it'll paint the whole picture of what kind of business she is running. She has suspended our Zubaz print items on our website despite the fact that Zubaz print has been around since before she was born. She is trying to build a monopoly on the print so she can be the only one who can sell it and charge hard working people outrageous prices!! I have been in contact with other local Buffalo stores and they advise that she has tried the same nonsense with them. Don't let her get away with this. We all love our city and our Bills and shouldn't feel bullied because one business feels insecure. read more

This is an excellent business. I came here yesterday morning because the front of the business looked eye-catching as I was strolling down Main Street. I'm so glad that I stopped in! They have awesome Bills items near the front for sale and by the register. (Tough loss today, I know!!!) I found a nice turtleneck in a great color and a purple jacket that'll look awesome! It's definitely a fashion boutique. I only bought two items and they came to $68.95!!! I feel like it's well worth it though because I'll feel confident and happy in both pieces! Lindsey, the owner who I met when I was cashing out, opened up her storefront business three months ago. I told her I loved the layout and what she had for sale. You should definitely stop in! All these negative comments are just fueled by other creators posts are trying to take Leveled up down. It's absolutely insane that everyone thinks she copies ideas. Did she pitch a fit when everyone started to use her idea of the schedule tees? Did she post rambling low balling message on social media crying about it? No. Take a look at past posts and see who has the better creative mind. The staff is wonderful and communicates everything online about delivery and pickup times and apologizes if things get delayed. I message all the time to their posts and always get a response back. Leveled up is honest and that's why I will always support them. read more

I'm in this store at least 3 times a month and if I'm not in the store I'm on the website!! I absolutely love how nice every one of the employees are. Lindsey has created an environment where every one is welcome and celebrated. The designs she comes up with are next level and completely original to Leveled Up. I'm laughing at the reviews saying how expensive everything is because for the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every piece I would gladly pay double. I never get as many compliments on an outfit as I do when I'm wearing Leveled Up whether it's Bills stuff or boutique. So grateful for this company! read more

There's too many negative reviews on here. This is a small business created by a girl who loves fashion, style and Buffalo and it shows. She puts so much love, effort and work into her pieces and I'm here for it. Not only does she do Buffalo clothing/gear/accessories but she does boutique clothing as well. She's always a pleasure to talk to. When you live in Buffalo, there are going to be so many boutiques with similar styles because hello, the Bills are here. It all depends on what your style is and where you want to shop. Support who you will, but don't bash anyone else. Terrible return policy especially at Christmas when people shop early. I bought a Christmas present for a family member which unfortunately did not fit. Tried to return but because of their ridiculous return policy I am stuck with a 50 dollar sweater that doesn't fit. At least they should offer a store credit. read more

I started Christmas shopping in November, which a lot of people do, and have the recipient the present on Christmas. It didn't fit her so I tried to return it and because it was purchased more than 30 days before, they wouldn't take it back or even store credit. A lot of people shop for Christmas in November. I could write a book on why this is the only Buffalo store I shop at but first let me tell you about the owner. I've been buying from her since before she had a store front. The quality of everything even from years ago has always been a 12/10. For YEARS I've watched people try to tear her down and steal her ideas but the truth of the matter is they're not on her level and they never will be. During the past year she has been through more than I would wish on anyone and yet she has new releases every few weeks and is still doing pop up's, tailgates and anything else she can for her customers. The store itself is so cute and always decorated for every event, and holiday and she does it all HERSELF. She also runs a salon which has nothing to do with this store but most people can't run one business let alone two, especially not people hating leaving reviews that aren't true. If you're looking for the best quality Buffalo attire, or some insanely cute boutique items then leveled up Buffalo is where you should be. read more

They offer similar items like every other Buffalo Bills seemed small business. Their communication is terrible. The value is similar to that of other small businesses their pricing is also similar to that of other local small businesses. Keep in mind their turnaround time even for locals is 2 to 3 weeks. There are plenty of other similar small businesses in the area that have three times the following with a 1 to 2 day turnaround. Suit yourself. read more
