BUYER BEWARE: The lackluster customer service I recently experienced by the leveled up buffalo manager was extremely disturbing to me as a regular consumer in area. My mother purchased me a pair of sandals. I went to put them on and immediately noticed that both shoes were LEFT FOOTED. I contacted the store right away via instagram and called the shop multiple times, I received no reply. When I returned to Buffalo I went back to the store with the shoes in hopes of exchanging my left footed shoe for a right one. That did not happen. I have yet to get an adequate remedy to the problem of: 2 left footed shoes. Between my family and close friends, we have spent well over thousands of dollars in this store. I can only hope that their customer service improves for the sake my other community members who will be purchasing items at leveled up buffalo. GO BILLS!!

Look at the awesome verbiage on the price tag!!!

Stepping into the Dress Shop is like stepping into another world. The fashion is beyond words. But…read moreI'll give it a try with original, unique, and breathtaking. You will definitely distringuish yourself from any other girl when you are wearing these clothes. The clothing is pricey; therefore, I browse more often than I buy. But the clothing is very distinctive and of high quality. The hair accessories are really eye-catching. I like anything that sparkles. They also have a nice selection of headbands. It's very difficult to find a chic headband. The upstairs holds fun little knicknacks and sale items. For example, they have an Oscar Wilde action figure and an ashtray keychain. It's very eclectic. Vintage clothes, books, egg timers... It's random. I bought a Chinese brush painting set once. The store is connected to the Wooly Lamb. I love shopping for yarn and then finishing off with a stop at the Dress Shop.

While most of the selections are casual, they tend to be offbeat and make a statement--so this is a place to shop for the "wow" pieces in your wardrobe, not the jeans and t-shirts. The buyers have great taste and the stock always seems to offer options that are on-trend but not so trend-driven that you'll feel passé in six weeks. The prices for most garments seem to be in the $50-$100 range, and there are a wide variety of accessories available. Upstairs, you can check out a range of vintage finds, from clothing to home decor and gift items. Everything is beautifully merchandised and reasonably priced, so it's a treat to browse.

I have been at this spot to buy some craft items before, but I also recently went to their monthly…read morebook club and craft night and it was outstanding. The book was Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren. You register for the class and pay online. It is an easy process. You pick up the book before the class. You have a few weeks to read the book and then show up to the book club, where you discuss the book while making a craft. I love this concept. This was my dream night/class, getting to read a book and then craft while discussing it. There were about 8 people there and the instructor. Everyone was so kind and excited to be there and talk about the book. The craft was tote bags. We took acrylic paint and painted a bunch of books on there. There were so many creative designs.  The space at Musejar is wonderful. There is a separate entry for art classes and the store. The store has some super cool craft products, as well as a large selection of fiber items, and decor. It is inviting and warm and always decorated with the season or holiday. The art space is open, bright and has everything you need to make your project successful.

Yarn art, markers paradise, colored pencils, paper, you get the gist. Plus there is a pottery studio! I had the best class ever with Heidi. She's an amazing teacher and a great potter. The shop has areas designated as class spots with tables and chairs for group learning. There is a couch to hang out on and knit or just visit. It's warm and welcoming and many collaborative efforts happen via classes within the community. See their website for a calendar or listing of classes. Some classes are for just a session others for weeks. And there's pottery date nights that sell out nearly instantly. I'd recommend MuseJar.
