I was in the area and decided to finally check out Level 7 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon after a very long week. There is an entrance inside the hotel and it also has it's own entrance. It's beautiful inside and outside. There's plenty of seating on the inside and on the outside. I sat at the bar and Jordan took great care of me. I like gin, so I asked him to make me his favorite cocktail with gin, and make it refreshing. He did exactly that, it had cucumber in it, and that's my favorite. I ordered a Margherita pizza and it was delicious. It's definitely a vibe, especially on a beautiful day!

Level7 is a decent place to gather. A large bar with plenty of seats. However, during my last visit here, two of us ordered the same French75 cocktail. As seen in the photo, there are discrepancies on the overall presentation. I felt shorted. I am appreciative when bartenders take the time to craft cocktails consistently and present it the way I'm used to it being served, so this experience was unusual here. .

Level7 is a vibe! The ambiance is giving "hipster meets big city feel." I love the indoor/outdoor option for the rooftop. The cocktails are delicious and the bartenders are churning them out beautifully. This is absolutely the spot to visit for drinks coupled with music and a nice aesthetic in North Hills. Cheers!

We stopped in here after going to stir. We didn't get food or anything. Definitely felt it to be more of a cocktails and drinks. Bartender who seemed older was not friendly with the men but when the women ordered over the top friendly with them. Everyone else was great. We loved the rooftop and the seating out there. There was a fire pit and we made friends with some people we met and it was a great time!! We would definitely go back! It's a very classy spot!

My wife and I frequent level7 fairly regularly and love it. From day drinks on the rooftop to a quick stop on a fun night out, the bartenders are always friendly and the drinks and food are exceptional!

I came to this place as we were bar hopping downtown on vacation. As far as the location goes, it's conveniently located in the AC Marriott in the "midtown" (I think I have that right lol) part of Raleigh. When we arrived we were undecided on whether to hang out, as we felt underdressed. The host assured us that we were fine and invited us out to the patio where we had a fantastic view of the skyline and enjoyed some shots while we all caught up. The only downside I would have to say is that we waited a while before we were served. We ended up having to go up to the bar to get service while others were being tended to. They seemed to be low on staff, so I'm sure they were trying their best. I would love to come back when I can make reservations and try out some of the food they have!

Great spot for drinks and apps. The rooftop bar is first come first served. Staff was attentive and polite. Great view of the area from the roof top bar. We sat at the bar inside while something opened up on the outside deck.

I went there for a holiday mixer and I had a wonderful time! This place is very clean and professional! Mostly professional group 30s and up! With the level of traffic there, it would be hard to maintain crowd control, but they do it very well! Very kind and attentive staff members, relaxed environment and plenty of options for seating. They have an outdoor patio with spacious seating and also heat lamps for the colder months. I do not drink alcohol, so I asked Jordan the bar tender to make me a fall apple cider kind of mocktail, OMGGGGGGGG it was sooo good! He made it in like 3 seconds and it tasted like a gourmet beverage! I just enjoyed my time! Thanks Jordan! Two thumbs up!

Grab a drink from Ashley! She's the best bartender. This is a beautiful rooftop with a huge tv, get there early and you can enjoy college football without a large crowd.

Cute rooftop bar with a great view! They have a full bar and many beer options as well as small plates. The drinks are good, but a bit overpriced for what you get. They are good, but nothing amazing. It's not wildly expensive, but definitely higher than the price should be for what you get. The location is great. It's on the rooftop of the AC Hotel in North Hills. There's plenty of places to eat nearby so this is great for a pre-drink or post-drink. I've only had the charcuterie board for small plates and it was good. Fresh and flavorful. I usually only come for a drink or 2. The staff is extremely friendly and they have a couple of tvs. There's places inside and outside. It may get a bit crowded with limited seating on a weekend or late night, but during the day is great. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Okay, so I had to come and do an update after my most recent visit to level 7. The drinks are not as good anymore for the price, I'd much rather go to another cocktail bar in Raleigh, but that's not what's making me reduce my ratings, the service from the staff is extremely subpar now. I watched a staff member give a customer a towel to dry their own table and chairs, it had just rained, and they wanted to sit outside while five employees stood around the bar. This was absolutely mind blowing to me. The bartenders are not attentive and people kept having to get their attention, the one bartender that was on staff this evening was standing and staring out the window with his back to the bar. Level 7 is popular because of the view but honestly I'll go to another rooftop bar this summer if this is the type of service they are providing for 15 dollar cocktails and unimpressive tapas.

The rooftop bar is very nice atmosphere. However seating is very limited. Nice vibe. Only small plates. I had the shrimp tacos, they were good. Also the meatballs they were ok just needed more cheese. I tried 3 different drinks I'm not a fan of the cocktail list. The lemon drink which is basically a lemon drop. Was too sweet and bitter. I saw it was premade so they could be the reason. The level 7 however the bartender add tequila for me instead was ok. This was not pre made so it could made the difference. The employees seemed overworked. But with Covid this is the regular for restaurants everywhere. I asked Jessica what was the drink she was making and she was a bit rude. I had to asked her was she having a good day. I only asked because I've spent almost $100 and was try to find a good drink and it looked interesting. I just blamed her rolled eyes on being overwhelmed and busy. There was a pretty barmaid with dark hair she was attentive and sweet. I will definitely be back when in town. I saw some other items on menu I want to try.

Are children allowed into Level7? Is there a certain limit on age after a certain time?

I'm not sure if they have an exact rule about children but I have never seen children there when I have been. I've been late night and early during the day as well as the evening before dinner. So basically any time of the day.

The Service was outstanding thanks to Hayley. Her recommendations for pairing the drinks with the food were flawless, and each drink was prepared like a work of art. I started with the raw oysters, paired with a glass of Rose, which I loved. They switched from the Halibut with Fennel to Mahi with Forbidden Rice. The rice is black and inky and potent and extraordinary, but it overwhelmed the fish completely. Still greatful I got to experience it, but I would pair it with something more gamy like lamb or goat. The Pecan pie with warm salted caramel ice cream was nothing short of a spiritual experience, and Hayley's recommendation to pair it with Rum Flip was perfect. Yes, I Ubered. Overall, this one is going to be a frequent hangout.

This place was absolutely amazing. All I can say is, we made a lot of happy noises while eating,…read moreand there were plenty of "oh my God" moments at the table. From the staff to the manager to the food, everything was on point. The food truly speaks for itself. They serve small plates, which we love because it gives you the chance to try different things and experience a variety of flavors. We started with the fried pork belly on tostones. It was perfectly seasoned, topped with avocado, and every bite just melted in your mouth. Next, we had the tamarind sticky ribs with a tamarind mango barbecue sauce. This was a perfect example of how simplicity can create complex flavors. The ribs were cooked just right -- not completely falling off the bone, but tender enough that when you bit into them, the meat pulled apart so easily. They were juicy, full of flavor, and had just the right touch of spice from the chili flakes. Then we moved on to the mini arepas, and oh my God. They had slow-cooked pork, guava barbecue sauce, and fried papas on top. The arepa itself was crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside. The savory pork paired with the sweetness of the guava barbecue sauce was incredible, and the crunch from the fried papas took it to another level. Now, I have a bit of a sweet tooth, but my wife does not. I wanted dessert, and we were leaning toward the tres leches, but our waitress highly recommended the bread pudding. I am not usually a fan of bread pudding at all, but her recommendations had been on point all night, so I decided to trust her. I am so glad we did. They take a Mexican bolillo, soak it overnight in tres leches, then pan-sear it to create this crispy caramelized outside while keeping the inside warm, soft, and sweet. It is topped with crema and toasted coconut, then they pour warm guava syrup over it and serve it with a scoop of coconut sorbet. The layers of flavor in that dessert were unreal. Honestly, it may have been the best dessert we have ever had. And remember, my wife is not big on sweets -- she usually only takes one bite of dessert, but this time she tried to eat over half of it. Lol. I highly recommend this place. The food, the service, the drinks, and the atmosphere were all amazing. And after dinner, you can even head upstairs to work off the food with salsa lessons and a dance club. This is definitely a spot worth checking out! Me alegra muchísimo haberlo hecho. Jajaja.
