6.5/10 At first things went well. It was on the rooftop and outside it was a little bit windy.Service was good at first. Haters turned on around 7PM, But then we ordered our food, waited one and a half hours, to kind of cold food. Some of the food was taken back, Some of it wasn't, and we didn't get checked on one time after that. We waited another one and a half hours until it was nine o'clock. We got there at about six, so we were there for three hours. More than half of it was spent waiting. Someone had to go chase down one of the other waiters to tell them that we had been waiting for our bill for a while. Eventually, the guy came over and we got our bill. :/ The food was Pretty good, not including the cold. Appetizers were great.

Level 5 did not disappoint. My server was kind and attentive. The food and drinks were absolutely next level, and the view was breathtaking! Definitely worth the splurge.

If you're looking for an elevated experience in Albuquerque, this is well worth the visit. The weather was perfect for a dinner outside on the rooftop. The New Mexico sky was making magic for us. We started with some bruschetta which was okay. My husband had the half chicken and I had the Tamale. Both were delicious. Complex and flavorful. We rounded out the meal with dessert. Everything had great flavor and was unforgettable. Service was great and the atmosphere was even better. Highly recommend for a night out.

The views here at the level five rooftop restaurant where hands-down, some of the best I've ever seen. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating to choose from including several fire pits. You can sit around. If you go at the right time of the evening, you can see the "watermelon sunset" on the side of the mountain. The food here was good, but I felt like it could have been better or more for the price. The service was OK I will go back just for the views.

Very much enjoyed the artisan drinks, ambience and views! Highly recommend. Staff welcoming and craft drinks are both tasty and beautiful.

I had heard that level 5 had gotten a new chef, so I was willing to give it a try again. I am so glad I did. We ended up sitting outside where they had some very nice heaters set up so even though the weather was a bit chilly we were plenty warm and able to enjoy the views. I had an espresso martini which was just right and the ravioli, which at the time was a goat cheese ravioli. We also had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was amazing and the prices were not absurd. The ravioli was a good sized portion and very flavorful and the pasta was done just right. The toffee pudding melted in your mouth. My friend had food allergies and our server was very accommodating and made sure to double check that various items were safe. They came by to check on us frequently but not enough that it was intrusive. Goran, their new executive chef was greeting diners and was also very friendly. Oh did I mention they also had blankets outside in case you got chilly? Anyway, a much much improved experience from my ones from a few years back. I will be back and if you haven't been in a while because you had similar experiences to mine several years ago, definitely go back and give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful setting. Fire pits, lovely view of the city. Servers were friendly but service was lacking. We ordered an appetizer (Burrata) and two cocktails. We received our appetizer within minutes. We watched while our cocktails were placed on the bar - where they sat for over 20 minutes. Appetizers and water - just - don't - cut it. After we finished our appetizer, I walked over to the bar to retrieve our drinks. *Very disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber.

I came here solo for brunch in a Sunday in September (2024), and apparently they just opened for brunch. I was the only one sitting on the outside roof area for a while, and I really enjoyed that (all of Albuquerque didn't know they have brunch yet, I guess!). My server was new & totally attentive & upfront about what she did and didn't know (which I loved the honesty). She had a great personality and I really enjoyed her. My avocado toast was okay- the bread was super thick & a little harder/dryer than I like for my avocado toast, but not the worst. I would order it again, and it got the job done for my mimosa flight that got me feeling reeaaal nice after a few sips. I would definitely return again for brunch, as I loved the mimosas with a view! Highly recommend!

Not a budget experience but the rooftop view is phenomenal! Love the heaters and fireplaces throughout. The staff is very thoughtful the restaurant doesn't open till 5pm fyi. We just had drinks and enjoyed magical views.

Level 5 is located on the rooftop of the beautiful Hotel Chaco. I loved the decor of the hotel that I took a look around before heading upstairs to the restaurant. Once on upstairs there is an option to dine inside or out but you definitely want to sit outside for the views. I went on a perfect night; it wasn't windy and the temperature was perfect. Unfortunately I had to ask for service after waiting for 15-20 minutes. The manager apologized and stated that he had new staff and offered me an appetizer on the house. After that the service was perfect! I ordered the wings, potatoes and a drink. The food was delicious.

Beautiful restaurant and good service. The meal was okay but not something I'd order again.

My friend and I stopped by Level 5 at Hotel Chaco for drinks, and it was such an unforgettable experience. The views are absolutely stunning -- you can see the Sandia Mountains and all of Albuquerque in its full Southwestern beauty. The service was fantastic, and our bartender, EJ, truly made the night. His great energy, friendly banter, and exceptional customer service set the tone for the evening. The drinks were amazing, and the whole atmosphere perfectly captures New Mexico's spirit, blending Native American and Mexican-American culture beautifully. We'll definitely be back!

I was in town for a work trip and found Level 5 Rooftop and it did NOT disappoint. It is located inside Hotel Chaco which is a beautiful hotel and really give me resort vibes. Sat at the bar and I do want to brag about Josh. He was AMAZING!!!! Josh was so helpful and patient. He was very kind and just AMAZING!! The other bartender Jimmy was supportive and funny. Noah, the receptionist at the hotel was EVERYTHING and more. He was charming and I felt the warmth with him and Sam. Okay.. the food was pretty good. The Lobster Bao Bun was CHEF'S KISS. AMAZING. It is 2 deconstructed buns that you put together and just perfection. Fried Artichoke Hearts was plentiful and crispy and yummy. However... the Buffalo Short Rib Egg Rolls was NOT for ME. It was a huge egg rolls, very plentiful and it came with garlic noodles. It was a concept but I did not like the sauce. It was bitter and I did not like that. Something threw me off. The view of Albuquerque was just so pretty. It is a pretty location. You are overseeing the city lights. They have fire pits. An amazing outdoor seating area. This is a great place to be. And I can only imagine during the summer time h ow perfect that would be to just hang out.
