I hate speaking poorly of a small business because my family is one too but I definitely recommend avoiding Level 33 Garphics in Newark. Tasked with branding my truck and trailer the experience went like this. 1.Service took 3x as long to complete as quoted 2.Pricing higher but supporting small biz is important 3.Took my vehicle and trailer to a storage unit to perform their work (I didn't know they had no onsite shop with tools etc) 4.Backed my brand new truck into a stationary object 5.Took no time to rectify my damage despite my extreme patience and understanding 6.Strung me along over a month, dodging my calls (Had to reach the owner from someone else's phone) 7.Find out they don't have insurance which covers them working or driving on vehicles???? 8.I take time to get a quote/build a rental cost so I can keep my business working 9.Owner flat out refuses to pay my costs and only wants me to use his friends repair shop and to rent a home depot homer truck I take the upmost pride in what I do because my family and employees rely on our clients to live. I even promoted their company and made a IG reel to promote them and this is how I get thanked in the end.. I spent sooooooo much time creating text so that Level33Graphics work would be quick and easy. I conversed with them months ahead of time and they confirmed this customization was no problem. Yet when submitted they didn't bother to use the text or layout I provided. At all. Instead they took 5 minutes and dropped random pieces of information into their template and sent that incomplete proof to me. My confidence in their work was gone at that point, so I requested a refund. They refused and kept 75% of the cost. For nothing. Less expensive invitations are available through VistaPrint, so do not waste your time with this company. VistaPrint has hundreds of designs that you can make changes to in just a few minutes. Increase size, variety of fonts, double sided, colors, images, matching RSVP cards, etc. VistaPrint is easy to contact, quick to respond, and ends up being less expensive anyways. We received the finished products earlier than expected and they're perfect. Save your time and money and start there instead. read more
