Tasked with branding my truck and trailer the experience went like this. 1.Service took 3x as long to complete as quoted 2.Pricing higher but supporting small biz is important 3.Took my vehicle and trailer to a storage unit to perform their work (I didn't know they had no onsite shop with tools etc) 4.Backed my brand new truck into a stationary object 5.Took no time to rectify my damage despite my extreme patience and understanding 6.Strung me along over a month, dodging my calls (Had to reach the owner from someone else's phone) 7.Find out they don't have insurance which covers them working or driving on vehicles???? 8.I take time to get a quote/build a rental cost so I can keep my business working 9.Owner flat out refuses to pay my costs and only wants me to use his friends repair shop and to rent a home depot homer truck I take the upmost pride in what I do because my family and employees rely on our clients to live. I even promoted their company and made a IG reel to promote them and this is how I get thanked in the end.. I hope you can find a way to be better prepared, increase diligence and operate more effectively J

I stopped in (in-person) to discuss what I wanted on a Friday. I was told I'd have a proposal by Monday or Tuesday, When I didn't hear from them on Monday or Tuesday, I waited until Friday before contacting them via email. I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. It's now late in the day on Thursday and since no quote. Sign quality and service - 3 years ago - was great. Customer serivce today is HORRIBLE - essentially non-existent.

I ordered through their online system-no where does it state you have to wait until the entire teams order is placed and window closed before the order would be filled. Called to check on my order as we wanted it for our first Fall tournament and to give to our family in town at the time. No answer left a voicemail-no call back. BUT my account was charged immediately. Order was placed on 8/15 mind you and today is 9/24/20-no order and no communication back from the owner until I had to call and she happened to answer the phone today. Only person that I spoke to via email was her employee and on the phone once-her employee specifically told me she would speak to the owner and I would get a refund as the time that I called and spoke to this person our order wasn't even printed yet. Basically the owner Jessica Wolford printed my order knowing that the order was no longer needed and an employee stated I would get a refund just so she could keep the funds. Again as of today this business owner had no courtesy to even contact me. Poor poor business etiquette and again still no product in my hands. Do not support this business! Trying to give back to a small business and this is what you get-no communication what so ever from the owner! Good job way to represent local business owners!
