The balayage woups work with similar color. The day of the color appointment my time was "hijacked" by someone that got a bad color job elsewhere. Needless to say my hair w as processed incorrectly and turned brassy orange. I was invited back at no cost to try again or "put it back" to original. I chose to put it back. I was told that would entail dying it to the darkest root color match. That ended up not being so, rather turning out black and not done at temples. it looked like a bad 5 minutes for men dye job. Furthermore I was charged $90. Then I was asked for a tip via text after I left. friends and neighbors are appalled and even asked to know where it was done so they can avoid the salon. I went to Sally Beauty Supply a few days later. People who don't know me said " that's too dark and poorly done." I'm sa d, frustrated, and very disappointed. This isn't high salon work!

Recently, I received a color service and left the appointment not completely satisfied and desiring more (the technique and application was perfect, but the color wasn't as blonde as I was hoping for). I am not one to complain (ever!), but I decided to complete a survey sent via email about my experience not really expecting anyone to read it, let alone contact me. To my surprise, the owners went out of their way to call me. They addressed the very minor issue and offered a color correction at no additional cost to me.
