**Firearm Counter Review**…read more These guys are absolutely horrendous. There's two young ladies that work the counter that I never had issues picking up online firearm orders from. I had such a terrible experience with the last firearm purchase that I finally said "to hell with it just give me a refund". At this point I would rather spend the money at Cabela's/Bass Pro. The manager back there, Jeff, treats you like an absolute burden. Instead of applying customer service and working to help you, he's dismissive, arrogant and ridiculously rude. Worst customer service I have had in a VERY long time, probably ever. I bought 4 other firearms here in the last 90 days to add to my collection, and THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I DID ANY BUSINESS HERE! If you have to go here, deal with the young ladies who work the counter. Everyone else is only going to waste your time, make you take 2-3 trips to the store just to say "We can't do anything for you, sorry", blow you off and look relieved about it. ***NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE - GO TO CABELAS/BASS PRO JUST DOWN THE I-5***

Albeit they provide more freshwater fishing gear versus saltwater, but I usually find exactly what i need. Plus, this type of fishing gear is expected for Oregon. Not only do they have fishing gear, but they've got an endless amount of camping equipment, outdoor shoes, firearms, archery gear, kayaks, Carhartt clothing, pellet grills, and much more. If I lived closer to Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's, I'd go there, but I feel they have the same quality type of products here at Sportsmans Warehouse. And the prices are slightly lower price in my opinion. I can go to Big5, but their big sale items usually are considered cheap (some items, not all). I don't mind the text or email ads regarding what's on sale because I'll usually find a really good deal from time to time. Depending on the season. That's just another plus in my book! The main reason for this review is actually for associate, Colby. He helped me from start to finish with a major purchase. Answered many of my questions and offered useful knowledge. I'll be making more purchases here in the future for sure. Thanks Colby!

I was panicking thinking I'd have to go way out of my way and be even later to the lake than I was to begin with. But my boyfriend saved the day because he said just stop at Fisherman's. I said "what's Fisherman's." Lol. He told me where it was and immediately I knew WHERE it was but I had never, EVER seen it. Thankfully it was SO easy to find the tanks (albeit I bought butane vs propane...and had to go back to exchange it) and I was in and out. As I said I bought the WRONG tanks. But it was SO easy to go back and exchange them! I even saved a few dollars since the ones I needed were less! I'll definitely be going to Fisherman's for camping needs going forward! Their pricing is close to the big online retailers OR equal. And the employees were friendly and made my shopping and return experience easy.

This place has become a complete mess. I drove all the way from Vancouver to Tualatin just to sell…read moresome firearms, only to be told it would take up to six hours. That's unacceptable. No one bothered to mention over the phone that you need an appointment. Then at check-in, I'm told it's 45 minutes to an hour per gun. For four guns, that's basically my entire day gone. That's not service, that's incompetence. Ever since the switch from Cabela's to Bass Pro Shops, this place has clearly gone downhill. Poor communication, terrible process, and a complete lack of respect for people's time. If this is the new standard, it's no surprise this place is losing its reputation. It needs a serious overhaul, because right now it's inefficient, disorganized, and honestly just frustrating to deal with.

They had so many windows around the ceiling, the store was full of sunlight, felt so nice. Like many other Dick's store, they had all the popular sections like baseball, softball, football, tennis, fishing, biking, golf, racket sports, sneakers and huge displays of apparels from different brands. I explored the store for about half an hour. They have lots of World Cup 2026 merchandises. I was looking for sporting shorts and found some I liked in Adidas section. The prices were slightly higher compared to Adidas' website. Some of the staff members I talked to were friendly.

I was looking at the 70% off Plants- But I had no idea, how much they were to begin with?? And I'm talking hundreds of plants- MAYBE, a cluster of 10 plants had price tags on them. Oh and did mention that when you went inside the store, you ran into the same issues? No tags, there was not anything on the shelves. Things were clearly marked percentages off- like "40% off" .... but there was no original pricing nor was there a price of the discounted rate either. it was very frustrating to even consider making a purchase. P.S. the store also doesn't have a scanning tool online, no app, no tool for you to be able to scan it and figure it out yourself. Secondly- NO ONE at the Check out stand. FR¿ No one greeting customers - not a single employee around. I Waited near the Chicks - for 20 minute. Both turning to me to say.."Oh we don't work here." Umm okay... then why are you not shopping for anything? no carts, just wandering the next aisle over, in the chicken area (poorly following me) and then your suddenly hard in the horse items?-- riiiiiiggght. You don't work here, suuuurrre. Mmmhmm. I again waited, another 10 min - just after an announcement came over the loud speaker to inform us that store was closing in 15 min. ... still nothing ?
