I had such a terrible experience with the last firearm purchase that I finally said "to hell with it just give me a refund". At this point I would rather spend the money at Cabela's/Bass Pro. The manager back there, Jeff, treats you like an absolute burden. Instead of applying customer service and working to help you, he's dismissive, arrogant and ridiculously rude. Worst customer service I have had in a VERY long time, probably ever. I bought 4 other firearms here in the last 90 days to add to my collection, and THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I DID ANY BUSINESS HERE! If you have to go here, deal with the young ladies who work the counter. Not only do they have fishing gear, but they've got an endless amount of camping equipment, outdoor shoes, firearms, archery gear, kayaks, Carhartt clothing, pellet grills, and much more. If I lived closer to Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's, I'd go there, but I feel they have the same quality type of products here at Sportsmans Warehouse. And the prices are slightly lower price in my opinion. I can go to Big5, but their big sale items usually are considered cheap (some items, not all). I don't mind the text or email ads regarding what's on sale because I'll usually find a really good deal from time to time. Depending on the season. That's just another plus in my book! The main reason for this review is actually for associate, Colby. He helped me from start to finish with a major purchase. Answered many of my questions and offered useful knowledge.
