My event was on a Saturday, so the dropped off the items on Friday morning and picked it all up Monday morning around 9am. The prices were very reasonable and the items were beautiful and in great shape. They require a 35% non refundable deposit for all rentals, and will charge the remaining balance on the day of delivery. They were very professional and extremely easy to work with!

I worked with them for my son's first birthday party, we had the balloon house and bounce house…read morecombo. They were very kind and communication for booking was great. The set up looked awesome and the kids had a blast. The down side was not having any instructions on how the balloon house worked before the event. The balloons were flying out when the kids were going in and out of it. I had to collect the balloons that flew all over the party and put them back in the balloon house multiple times. If I knew this ahead of time I would have hired someone to manage the balloon house for me. Also, there's no cushioning under the balloon house so it can be dangerous if you're setting up on a hard floor. My son fell while playing in it and hit his head on the ballroom floor. The white bounce house had some marks on it from kids having sticky hands from candy etc. To me, it didn't appear more then what would be considered expected on a white bounce house after a party but we were charged an additional deep cleaning fee which I was pretty disappointed about considering we had so many issues with the Balloon house.
