For someone to take an old school Italian guy and get him to say holy shit, this is amazing I get it now, only Reema can do that. Last but not least, she is an amazing person. I can honestly say I have made a lifelong friend and pray that she doesn't retire before my daughter gets married 30 years from now because I wouldn't want anyone else doing her wedding. She and Jose made me feel special, loved, heard and understood through a pandemic, two postponements and a pregnancy and I wouldn't have wanted to go through it with anyone else. Jose can make me laugh for hours and Reema is my ride or die crazy soul sister in floral decor and I love them both. Thank you for making our wedding the best day of our lives. Any Excuse for a Party really flubbed the Verona Halloween event this year. There were 20 people…read morewaiting in line for the bounce house for 30 minutes and the staff shut it down and deflated it without warning, leaving dozens of screaming, crying kids in front of the ride with their shoes off and all ready to go. Josh, Scott, and their team had plenty of time to let people who were waiting know that the ride was shutting down, but the ride attendant just stood there on his phone the entire time. There was no warning before he locked up the ride and turned it off and a lot of kids who were waiting a half hour didn't get to go on the ride. Several parents pointed out the huge line of kids waiting but he just shrugged and walked away. We talked to the Verona police department, but they weren't able to do anything. We are planning to talk to Chris Tamburro and the rest of Verona Council next to make sure they're aware of the issue before they hire the company again. The staff were extremely rude, leading me to wonder if there's been a change in management at the company. I can't believe after building decades of good will in North Jersey that Tomianne would jeopardize all of that by hiring on staff that behaves like this. You can see how rude Josh is in the video. The staff on site would not listen to reason, wouldn't put a manager on the phone with me to resolve this and were just plain rude. All they had to do was turn the ride back on for a few minutes for a bunch of crying kids. It's crazy they wouldn't do that. I know a lot of local colleges and towns hire "Any Excuse...," but that won't keep happening once word gets out. There were a lot of really angry parents and sad children in line for the ride and this is now their impression of the company that they're going to take back to their organizations. Hopefully Tomianne will do the right thing and make some staffing changes to ensure this never happens again. I look forward to hearing how the company plans to address this issue.

I worked with them for my son's first birthday party, we had the balloon house and bounce house…read morecombo. They were very kind and communication for booking was great. The set up looked awesome and the kids had a blast. The down side was not having any instructions on how the balloon house worked before the event. The balloons were flying out when the kids were going in and out of it. I had to collect the balloons that flew all over the party and put them back in the balloon house multiple times. If I knew this ahead of time I would have hired someone to manage the balloon house for me. Also, there's no cushioning under the balloon house so it can be dangerous if you're setting up on a hard floor. My son fell while playing in it and hit his head on the ballroom floor. The white bounce house had some marks on it from kids having sticky hands from candy etc. To me, it didn't appear more then what would be considered expected on a white bounce house after a party but we were charged an additional deep cleaning fee which I was pretty disappointed about considering we had so many issues with the Balloon house.
