She took her time to help me pick out the best arrangement for the occasion and she then gave me double the amount of flowers i was supposed to get because i was a first time costumer! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and the recipient loved it!!! The owner is also a super nice and hard working lady. I definitely plan to go back there whenever i want to get a nice boutique

This review is purely based on customer service experience and not the flower arrangements…read morethemselves. I am on the West Coast and called her fairly late for East Coast time. She answered my call during her commute home and I asked for a flower arrangement for a funeral that was around $100-$150. She said she could work with my budget and later texted me some sample arrangement shapes and styles for approval; they were made completely of roses on a small stand and ribbons. When she called again to confirm and take payment she said it was going to be $150, plus fees bringing the order closer to $180.00. I asked if we could adjust the arrangement price closer to $100 so that it could be under $150.00 with the fees. I truly did not mean to offend her in any way, but this upset her and she said she cannot help that there are fees associated with delivery, tax, etc. I said I completely understand she has to charge fees and tax, but that I am just trying to stay within my budget so maybe the arrangement could be adjusted to meet my budget. I am not a florist and can't be sure, but I imagine there are flowers she could have subbed in to meet my budget? She said she could not make an arrangement for $100.00 and that it would be too small. We could not come to an agreement so an order was not completed. My intent was to work with a smaller business local to where the funeral took place and it's unfortunate we couldn't work things out. She looks like she makes lovely arrangements on her site and she seems very hardworking (answered my calls and texts late at night)...I would just be very clear with her on your budget INCLUDING TAXES AND FEES to avoid conflict on your order.

I went on Yelp and found Crossroads Florist and had no idea it was right down the road from my house. It is a cute small shop located in the Sheraton Crossroads hotel up on the second floor. The man who helped me (I think he was the owner) was so nice and made me a beautiful bouquet for just $20. Had it not been for Yelp, I would not have even know this place existed and I would probably be in the doghouse with my fiancé or spent money on some subpar supermarket flowers.
