Three guys came to do move everything from her suite in an independent living seniors apartment building. These guys were really quick, and very careful with all our Mom's antique fragile furniture. They were pleasant to deal with, and didn't have the simplest job to do. While packing things in and out of the elevator, various seniors would ask them to be taken to different levels of the building. They didn't want to use up time, but at the same time were helpful and considerate, realizing that some of these seniors really didn't realize they were imposing. Even when one older lady felt put out and and chastized them for DOING THEIR JOB, they guys kept their cool, their sense of humour, and continued to be polite and respectful of the residents. These guys were amazing!! I was already completely impressed with the job being done, when later that evening I got a call from their supervisor. Our Mom had in later years been in the habit of hiding money throughout her suite, and we had found a lot during the packing stage of the move. We got a call that the movers had found a money pouch stuffed between the cushions of the couch, containing some jewelry and over a thousand dollars cash. Once again I was so impressed!! The integrity and honesty shown by all the staff was beyond amazing, and I couldn't stop raving to their supervisor. This whole situation with the move was above and beyond expected. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of moving and/or storage facilities. They are AWSOME!!!

I was told to just drop off the item at the front desk but apparently that wasn't the case. I was given the key to the storage locker which was way on the other side of the building. Actually, I approached this building from 99th Street going South and pulled into the parking lot as soon as I saw the sign. Apparently that was the opposite side of the building that I was supposed to be at. The building is NOT exclusively Sentinel Self-Storage, there are business offices or something that I saw when I entered the first door. Then saw a sign that said something about going "next door" for the self-storage. The next door I saw was locked, so I continued around the building until finally I saw a loading dock, then the main office entrance. This is a very confusing place to figure out if you haven't been before. When they give you the key, they show you on a map where it is. It reminded me of going to a cemetery and being shown the plot map. Inside the storage locker on the back wall, I caught a glimpse of the most hideous spider I'd ever seen! EEEWW! There's a reason I don't keep stuff in storage.

He hit our trailer but sentinel cannot provide video footage . We did provide pictures and the police report We were told its only circumstantial evidence. Now our insurance is holding us liable because he's denying that he was driving. Johnson insurance is increasing our rates 10% and we are liable for the deductible. WARNING. Don't store your RV at these compounds because no one wants to take responsibility. They don't have adequate video surveillance. Only have it at the entrance and exit I was told by the manager. Once someone's inside there's no video surveillance on the i RV grounds. We have to pay for this This is so unfair.

So I and my family…read morehave been shopping for a great place to park our summer toys, and one name that kept popping up was Jimmy's RV Storage. So fun fact, there is no Jimmy working there, but it's actually a legacy name for the late father who once owned this RV Parking. We had some things that needed to be checked in order to find the right RV storage place. 1. It had to be close to Edmonton - Why drive an hour in the opposite direction from where you are going to go 2. It had to have easy access - Driving back roads in the dark on farmland isn't fun, only to find out the place is closed 3. It has to have solid security - I paid good money for my stuff, and I'd like to keep it in good condition 4. Price has to be reasonable - No point paying big bucks for something you only use for a limited time. 5. Staff on site for help and security. 6. Lots that are actually nice and graded After shopping around, Jimmy's RV was the best choice for us. It's just off of yellow head highway, so when we are coming back to town, it's just one quick turn-off. They have staff during working hours, which monitor security, answer questions, and can provide help and supplies. After hours, there is staff close by and you have Card Access and 2 Gates to pass through. The Security here is over the top, with over a dozen high-resolution cameras covering the storage area. Last time I stopped by it looked like they were putting in high-powered lighting as well, not sure when that will be completed (I don't think any other lot would have this). The lot itself is well managed, and graded, so going in and out no matter the season is great. Part of the reason I'm sharing all of this, is I am constantly blown away by the team that works here. Recently when I went to get my RV out, the engine wouldn't turn, and I had a flat. The team on site helped in every way they could including helping me boost my engine, inflating my tire, and providing help to the closest location to where I can get both checked out. I think this type of kindness and service deserves attention. :)

The parking was plenty and free but beware, if you leave the premises you will be ticketed. The staff behind the front counter were super nice and of course, the fact that they had a dog on site melted my heart. They sold all the typical packing, moving supplies, etc. When I came in, I had to wait behind a couple customers who were already being helped. Each customer received the full attention of the attendant and each were treated with kindness and each seemed happy with their business here which has definitely not always been the norm when I've been at a rental storage place in the past. So while, I can't review the product per se, I will say the customer service & atmosphere was definitely as good as it gets! And it doesn't hurt that the building is cute and in an industrial part of town. Wait, did I just call a building cute? Yeah, I did ;-) There's just something about the old charm right downtown and the dog, of course!

The front desk have started handing out bottled water to customers which is a nice touch. Especially on a hot day when you've been lugging boxes about the place. There is free parking, you just need to sign your plate in. They have a drive up docking bay, if you have a lot of heavy items, and they have loads of trolleys to use for maneuvering your gear about the building. It's a big space and a bit of a maze, I get lost every time but there are signs on each corner to point you in the right direction. One of the elevators, fits two people and one trolley but they also have a big freight elevator for larger stuff. They do sell packing materials and have a rate sheet at the front to pick up too. It's reasonably prices, centrally located and super convenient. Does the job well! Plus they have a hilarious mural outside of a storage box falling out of the wall ha
