There's a lot of tasty options to choose from. Portion sizes are small for what they're listing--my husband is a tiny man but he will eat the heck out of their 3 person portion meals. I purchased two "6-portion" meals, which totaled to over $70. I think once in a while purchases are okay. I've been here twice now, and both times the ladies working were incredibly helpful, answering any questions I had and making the whole experience more enjoyable. The store is quaint and it's always clean. I appreciate that they offer plenty of chicken options since I don't eat pork or beef. The meals are easy to put together with clear instructions on the back, which saves a lot of time, and everything I've tried has been delicious. Parking has never been an issue, and they always pick up the phone when I call. Prices are a little on the higher side, but they have a wide selection to choose from. If you stock up for a week, you'll save a little, though not a ton. For me it's really the convenience that makes it worthwhile, with everything prepped, packaged, and ready to go. read more

We were gifted a large supply of Let's Dish entrees when my mom went into the hospital. (Apparently some of my Dad's colleagues were concerned about his ability to feed himself :) ) The entrees arrived in ziploc bags with stickers on each bag, indicating what was inside and the preparation instructions. We also received a separate card with a list of all the entrees we'd received and the approximate preparation time to help us plan which entree to prepare. Overall the food was pretty tasty and there was a wide variety of flavors - soups, pot pies, chicken dishes, rice dishes, etc. It was not as good as a freshly cooked meal (although I suppose that depends on who the chef is!) but definitely better than a frozen meal from the supermarket. What initially surprised me was how labor-intensive some of the dishes were. None of our dishes required fewer than 30 minutes prep time. Some required overnight defrosting. Some required multiple steps and/or multiple pots and pans. Some of it was understandable, but I was especially surprised that we were required to cook our own rice (from scratch). Cooked rice is easy to freeze and defrost, so I would expect the dish to include cooked rice. PS: frozen prepared entrees are brilliant if you are offering food during a tragedy. It's so much more versatile than fresh food. Plus, a group of you can go in together and make it a social event. read more

Wouldve loved to try this place, but stood at the door for quite awhile and was never greeted. Normally, Im the kind of guy that doesnt like to be bothered while I shop. But, when the place i am visiting virtually demands help from the counter staff and you are not assisted within 5 minutes of browsing around, it would be safe to say that person will not be coming back. Although the concept of this is great and it's easy to make a bunch of meals fast. It is expensive and the staff were VERY unfriendly while I was in last week. They hardly addressed me, seemed inconvenienced when I needed more ingredients, and didn't say anything to me as I left. WOW. Poor customer service from my viewpoint. One might think they would want to make sure you come back. The other issue is about the quality of food. It is good food. Cooks well.
