They showed up early (45 minutes early!) and went above and beyond in terms of cleaning... even clearing out this small balcony that becomes covered in leaves... definitely did NOT expect them to do that. Know that you'll have to pay in advance and have cash for tips. Excellent cleaning. I'll definitely use again.

Our house is a relatively new build (since Nov 2020) but due to work and graduate school, my…read morehusband and I have been doing the bare minimum with maintaining our home. When I finally completed my graduate program, I was finally able to take my eyes off the computer and fix them upon the layer of dust on every shelf, blind, and appliances, and hard water stains on the countertops and showers. I felt sadness as I had done a disservice to our home and attempted to do some cleaning to no avail. One random day my sister asked me what I wanted for my graduation gift, my knee jerk response was, "To have someone deep clean my house." She promptly arranged Mary's Professional House Keeping to answer my wish. We didn't know what to expect and, to be honest, we were a bit concerned of their professionalism when they were delayed by 45 minutes from our scheduled time. HOWEVER, we were happy to be proven wrong as we were BLOWN AWAY by the quality of their service. The hard water stains evaporated, dust disappeared, and the appliances looked brand new. Everything SPARKLED by the end of their 3.5 hour job. The inside of our home looked rejuvenated; something we humbly admitted that we could not achieve on our own. We joked that this was the right time to have people over because the house looked so ready for hosting guests. We were really pleased with Mary's Professional House Keeping and will use them again in the future!

We contacted Carlos to do a clean up job at a rental property where someone had just moved out. We…read morewarned him they had left the unit filthy dirty. He went and looked at the job before quoting a price of $800. He promised he would do a "deep clean" and get it ready for another renter to "move in." After he said it was completed we went and checked it. It was not even close to ready for another renter to "move in." We walked him through the unit and told him what needed to be completed. The next day he said it was done. We inspected it again and it was still dirty. When we inspected it the floors had not been done, he also said he would have to charge more to do the tile flooring. A "deep clean" should include the floors. Carlos insisted his workers cleaned the unit, we ended up calling in another company, after paying Carlos $700. We also steamed cleaned the floors ourselves since Carlos's company did not do them. If he had quoted us more originally, that would have been fine. He saw the unit before quoting us a price.

I noticed that the oven had not been cleaned properly, and the window sills were still dirty. Given…read morethat an hour remained, I would have expected the oven to be cleaned thoroughly especially since that was one of my primary concerns. I ended up cleaning the oven and redoing the window sills myself. When I contacted customer service and sent photos, I received a call from someone named John. Rather than listening to my concerns, he was somewhat condescending and emphasized their terms and conditions stating that if they couldn't get to everything in the time allotted, then it simply wouldn't get done. He also pointed out that I had declined a more expensive service, which, while true, was still my choice as the customer. He offered to possibly send someone back, but I was on a tight schedule and needed to turn my keys in to my property manager. In the end, I paid $168 for a service that I had to redo myself. They don't offer refunds, and their terms (which I actually read) threaten a $5,000 fee for chargebacks something that feels extremely aggressive. Unless you just need a light surface cleaning and don't mind doing touch-ups yourself, I wouldn't recommend this service. The owner even attempted to deny the fact that the work was not done up to par and said that i attempted to extort a small business. This is about principle, not the $168. The service was not completed properly the first time. The cleaner had time to clean the upstairs bathroom, something that wasn't even a priority, but didn't finish the oven, which was. That tells me the hour wasn't spent on what was agreed upon. I'm well within my rights to share my firsthand experience, especially when the work paid for wasn't delivered. That's not extortion, it's accountability."

The first day of cleaning was a little rough because of traffic jams, nevertheless, Dawit and his guy did a spotless job. Even after his guy became unavailable, Dawit and his wife stepped in and continued to do impeccable work. His wife, went above and beyond with pin-pointing areas that needed to be wiped down. Overall, they were on time, quick, efficient and communicated well with our needs. I definitely recommend him.

I was promised two workers, but one left after a few hours, leaving the other to fend for themselves (and leaving car oil stains in our driveway). When I arrived, the remaining cleaner was packing up to leave even though she wasn't even close to being finished. The business owner went to the site and admitted it was substandard work. Basically, they were doing a commercial job with Swiffers and a bottle of Windex! Even though one of the cleaners worked late and came back the next day for two hours, many of the areas were just breezed through, including places I told them they'd missed (you could see the dirt left on the floor--my designer took off her shoes and her feet were black after a matter of minutes). They didn't even have extenders to their Swiffers, so they couldn't clean the high places as promised (I had to loan them a ladder). Then I was billed for all the extra hours (with a minor 15% discount--Gee, thanks!). If you want basic maids doing a small amount of dusting and vacuuming, maybe. But anything more? Look elsewhere. I would give it one star, but at least the owner was willing to settle on a kill fee.

BEWARE! MAKE SURE THEY DISCLOSE HOW MUCH TIME THEY ARE GIVING YOU TO DO A DEEP CLEANING BEFORE YOU…read moreAGREE TO USE THEM! IN THE AGREEMENT THEY SENT, THEY SPECIFICALLY SAY THE CLEANERS STAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED....but 3 1/2 hours into the job the cleaners told me they had a half hour left and the owners argued that there is a set time given for the deep cleaning contrary to the agreement they sent. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my bungalow, one large main room, medium size bedroom and tiny bath and kitchen. I sent a detailed description and indicated it was a level 9 job. But they are never really clear about what a deep cleaning is, other than 'more thorough". THIS is the main problem. One of the company's complaints was that the cleaner had to take things out of my medicine cabinet in order to clean the shelves!! When I asked how do they clean shelves if they don't take things off the shelf they said "well if its a picture frame alright" Huh? On the website they say they will mop vacuum or handwash the floors but the company complained that the cleaners would have had to "move things" in order to clean the floors!! ( a few tv trays and small stand) Either way they never got that far. So be prepared to ask them...What Exactly is a deep cleaning?? So they charged an extra $65 to "deep clean". Fine. They also charged an extra $10 to wash my dishes (wondered why this wouldn't be considered part of regular or deep cleaning but...fine) and an extra $29 to clean out fridge. Fine. Total for regular cleaning one time $119, add the extras it came to $204 (with first time discount) Fine, BUT the cleaner showed up, (absolutely pleasant and good cleaner) and brings a helper she had to hire herself, which meant they sent one cleaner to do a Deep Cleaning on a one bedroom bungalow and gave her 4 hours to do it. After 3 1/2 hours of cleaning I am informed that they only had a half hour left!! - During that time only the bathroom (very small) got thoroughly and beautifully cleaned and only 1/3 of the kitchen, also tiny, got cleaned; stove cleaned, front and inside of fridge BUT excluding the dishes, the floor, the counter tops, shelves, cupboard doors and the fact that nothing else in the bungalow was touched... WHAT?? I was NEVER told that the $204 of deep cleaning included only 4 hours of cleaning. In fact I received an email that day that outlined the job and it specifically said cleaners stay until deep cleaning is Done. For regular cleaning they are given allotted hours. So after arguing with the company they reduced the rate down to $161 saying they had to pay for the cleaners time and they of course gave themselves a profit. It is not my responsibility to pay for the cleaners time or their profit. It is my responsibility to pay for the job rendered. So they wanted me to pay $161 to have my tiny bungalow bathroom and a third of my tiny kitchen cleaned and nothing else done. I broke the rate down to what they charge on their website and what was actually done and it came to $85 worth of service out of the $200 they were going to charge me for deep cleaning my bungalow. Which I am more than happy to pay. Of course I am disputing with the CC company. Buyer Beware!

I had a team of 2 for 2 hours, which was what was recommended for an empty 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. I wasn't there when the cleaning was taking place but I went to take a look at the place later and some areas of the condo you can tell they cleaned but others didn't even look like they touched it, like the bathrooms. Granted they looked better than when they started, however, they still didn't really have that clean look or feeling. The shower doors weren't touched and maybe the toilets had a sponge go over them? Its upsetting that I paid a service to clean up so I don't have time to, when I think I should have just saved my money and did it myself, which is what I will have to do.
