When I got inside, I counted 4 people manning the counters, and 7 customers. I waited less than five minutes to be called to the counter, and Ida (not sure of the spelling) the agent was very pleasant and efficient. I was there to get an international driving policy, and Ida filled out my forms, took my payment of $36, took my two passport photos, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes total. They still would not allow me to process my application for a REAL/ENHANCED ID and also stated that the CHURCH marriage certificate I provided means NOTHING to the government. What? What's happening to this world? The representative assisting me stated " You need to contact your congressman" if you want to change the system. What is happening to the USA?
