"it's a corporate rule" I was told over and over by the supervisor at the call center; 4) I also could not cancel my membership; I'm stuck with services I won't need for 11 months. 5) This is a greedy rule; 6) I had always declined roadside assistance from GEICO and USAA . . . but never again! As I learned today, it's the same level of service as AAA and MUCH CHEAPER! 7) With this auto-policy service, I can change at any time with a pro-rated reduction; 8) I cancelled my AAA auto renewal and will never use them again. Don't get caught in the AAA-renewal rut out of habit as I did; there are other strong alternatives that won't take advantage of a life change.

TD bank is the most inefficient, confused about their own policies, unhelpful customer service and…read moreabsolutely no logic is used in their processes or protocol. I spent 5 days trying to find out if I can transfer my matured TD bank CD balance to my TD bank checking account. Every time I called, I received conflicting information whether I can do it or not or how I can do it. I even have emails from customer service indicating the conflicting information! The amount is in 6-figures and I received no courtesies or considerations. This bank is for seniors who have the time to go into a branch and waste their time with manual account management. They are not equipped digitally or technologically or even mentally to run a bank. I will be closing my account today and go back to the dark star BOA--but at least they were efficient and made online banking up to date and had their shit together. No wonder TD bank had to pay $3B last fall due to fraudulent money laundering activities that went unchecked and has a 2.3 customer Rating. Run from this bank!

Conveniently located inside a gift shop right by Penn Station, this place consistently has the best…read morerates in the city. I'm traveling to Australia and New Zealand next month and inquired with my bank, various Forex, International Currency Exchange, among others. None of those places could match A&S, who were basically giving me the market rate for Australian currency. The rate for New Zealand currency was also very competitive. On top of that, there were absolutely no fees! In addition, most of the other currency exchanges did not have enough of Australian and New Zealand dollars on hand, whereas A&S had plenty. I couldn't make it in time on the day I called for the quote, but came in the next day and the rate remained the same. The A&S place opens at 11AM and the worker arrived on time. They require showing ID and accept cash only. The person behind the window was meticulous with counting out the money. He was also knowledgeable about different methods of payment countries accept. As we continued the transaction, he became more friendly and welcoming, sharing about his experience visiting Australia many years ago. Coming here was a pleasant experience and I would definitely check this place first to exchange money for all my international travel!
