Have been using DLC since 2014. Never have a problem and if one happens, they make it right. Recently looking for a cruise to Bahamas that we had previously taken but had to modify due to severe weather that flooded part of Coco Cay(not a hurricane - just a strong thunderstorm). The agent, Dorene H. was able to find what appeared to be a recent cancellation on a cruise out of our desired departure port on Oasis of the Seas in an Ocean View Balcony cabin (mid ship) on Deck 9.I had previously looked and nothing was available in our desired location or within our budget. Dorene was able to secure the booking, but due to the departure date being less than 120 days away, we had to pay in full. Not a problem since we were able to get what and where we wanted. Since the booking was made using DLC, Royal Caribbean will not answer any questions, not even general questions regarding RCCL and referred me back to DLC. The RCCL agent asked if there was anything else she could assist me with and I told her that she had not assisted me to begin with, but RCCL was more than happy to take my cruise payment. Replies to questions from DLC are always quickly answered. Will continue to use DLC in the future and will let others know of the great and thorough service. read more

Booked our Disney Cruise with Direct Cruise Lines. We were booking last minute, so were able to go to the website view what rooms were available and book them where other agents do the searching and you may or may not get what you want by the time they get back to you with what they find for your approval. The agents at DCL are there to assist to help you with any problems or issues like when booking I made some errors on name spelling and birthdays. Called DCL and the agents fixed those issues with no problem. Booking with Direct Cruise Lines was the same as booking directly with the cruise lines. Costs are the same, but you get the added bonus of on board credits and others bonuses that may be available. Also the agents are there to assist you with the booking or issue you may have. The big advantage is that you yourself can see the room availability on their website and put a hold on the rooms until you can complete the booking. read more

We have been booking cruises with Direct Line for over 10 years. We love the website as it allows us to compare costs per day on similar cruises. It's easy to book on line but I usually phone as the agents are great too. Their prices are the best, when we travel with friends they usually revert to Direct Line as the cost for the same cruise is lower. We get an amount in our ship account when we embark on the ship, from Direct Line. We have had situations when we needed to cancel and even though we were past the date the agent went to bat for us and was able to transfer our cruise credit so we could change the date. One cruise the agent suggested she check to see if the cost had been lowered and it had so due to her diligence we saved $400. We always use Direct Line cruises and totally trust them. read more

Direct Line Cruises is the best. We started using them just after covid since then my husband and I booked 11 cruises and my son and daughter in law booked 9. There is always someone there to answer any questions or concerns. They have very competitive prices and offer credits like these. We had one cruise that cancelled due to ship difficulties and we were given a choice of our money back or the amount we paid plus an additional 40 percent credited to our next cruise, of course we took that. They would have also credited us for airfare but we did not need airfare since we were cruising locally. Well what we went from was a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas to a 7 day cruise to Bermuda, home run! DLC is great I recommend to everyone I talk to. read more

Exceptional Service, Every Time We've been booking cruises through Direct Line Cruises for years, and their customer service continues to be second to none. A special shoutout to Leslie Meyer, who has been our go-to agent and an absolute gem. Leslie is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive--she makes the booking process seamless and stress-free, every single time. What sets Direct Line Cruises apart is not just their competitive pricing, but the way they build lasting relationships with their clients. Thanks to Leslie and the team, we keep coming back cruise after cruise. If you value top-tier service and a partner who truly understands travel, look no further. Highly recommend! read more

Just booked another cruise with DLC as they continue to offer the best perks in the business. After searching my preferred cruise line website to get a baseline of costs, and then other websites to compare pricing and perks, my experience has been that I get the best bang for my buck at Direct Line Cruises. Their website is easy to navigate, but customer service is available should you need to speak with a human. They are efficient, answer questions and accommodate requests in a timely manner. I appreciate that I can put the booking on hold for several days before having to make a deposit. With DLC, you can rest assured that what you're being offered is what you'll get. read more

My wife and I have been planning a cruise (our 2nd) for our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary. Our experience using Direct Line Cruises to explore and plan our cruise both online and over the phone has been an outstanding experience. Exploring and navigating the website for information and answers was easy. The nicest feature was when we needed to discuss our cruise in more detail. On multiple occasions we found the live representatives to be charming, knowledgeable and helpful. That's refreshing! Keep doing what you're doing, we appreciate you. read more

Whenever I've had any questions regarding my cruise or the cruise line and I call DLC, no matter who picks up the phone, I am very well taken care of, the agents are very pleasant and knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer, they are happy to contact the cruise line and call me back with the information requested. If I have to make a change to my booking, they swiftly take care of it with no issue! I'm very happy with them, if you need to book a cruise, do not hesitate to book one with them! read more

I am very happy with the service I received from Dorene Holyat. She answered all my questions and made suggestions to me for the cruise I had booked on ine. I was recommended by a friend to Direct Line Cruises, and then I recommended a friend to Dorene, and she booked the cruise I am taking in April 2025. I have dealt directly with cruise companies and was very disappointed in the lack of follow up and customer service. Looking forward to good things with DLC. read more

Before I booked, I called the office and received great advice from one of the office agents. She acknowledged and reviewed all of my concerns with knowledge and professionalism. After I booked, I realized there was a better price through a Labor Day special a few days later. After contacting Direct Line and specking to a different agent, John, the booking was modified saving me a couple hundred dollars. I would recommend this company to anyone booking a cruise. read more

So easy to book a cruise on this site and the price is better than the cruise line has to offer. In fact I love it so much that I recommend it to a friend. It was first time for her and she was amazed it was so easy and pleasantly surprised that she could actually afford it. She told me she was freaking out over nothing. I have been using this site for over 15 years and would definitely recommend it whether it's your first or hundredth cruise. read more

This is the first time I used Direct Line Cruises. They were recommended by a friend who uses them all the time and had wonderful experiences with them. I spoke with a representative yesterday, and she answered all my questions, since it has been so many years that we were on a cruise. The booking process & the rep. was patient and kind with me. So far, so good to be able to say things went well with this company read more

I just booked a cruise for March 2027 with Direct Line Cruises. This is the 3rd cruise I have booked with them! I have never had a problem with booking with them and have always gotten a great deal with extra perks over and above what the ship is offering! I have dealt with several different representatives and each one was knowledgeable and booked my cruise and all the extras successfully. I love booking with DLC! read more

Direct Line Cruises has never disappointed me. No matter which agent I speak to I am given superior service and undivided attention. For the most recent cruise I booked(last week), I was assisted by Debbie S. She did a great job, answered all the questions and made sure I got the best value. For the past 15 years or so I have relied on DLC to deliver the best results and they always do. Chris V. read more

We heard about Direct Line Cruises from a neighbor, and immediately book a mediteranian cruise through Patrice. She was very easy to work with, pleasant and professional. She took care of everything with the greatest of ease. We found it easier, and got many more "perks," than going through the cruiseline itself. I would highly recommend using them. Just wish I could give them a higher rating. read more

I've had wonderful experiences booking my cruises with Direct Line Cruises.. The staff are extremely responsive and prompt with their replies, and recently they were able to switch my dinner seating to an earlier time slot, which was a great relief to me and my party. With their affordable pricing and onboard credit, we can relax and enjoy our vacation time in style. Highly recommend! read more

Our agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. She actually found extra bonus credit money for us that we didn't realize that we had. She was helpful in selecting a cabin and in general was very professional and efficient. We have used Direct Line Cruises in the past and we have also come away completely satisfied with the service received. We highly recommend Direct Line Cruises. read more

Our first time using Direct Line Cruise Lines. We shopped around online for a few weeks for the best deal before deciding and came to the conclusion that Direct Cruise lines can't be beat, best price, best perks, and free gratuities!  No one else offered free gratuities for this sailing. The web site is really easy to use, and we couldn't be more pleased, can't wait to sail away! read more
