In fact, I asked them to leave our home for last on their removal schedule because I enjoyed them so much! When I called back in 2021 on January 10th for a price Xavier called me back immediately $$$, got the job done and since then I've had some lights not turning on and have texted him a few times and ignored or with an excuse. I texted him today because decided to go with an electrician and can't find the box on the backyard and this was his response- rude "Do you know that it's New Year's right? Everybody's on vacation I just got back this morning. You need to give me a second to settle in and reply. I don't need to hear something that you know that you don't I don't reply. It's you're texting me on New Year's, so you gotta give me a second to reply, and I will reply." Poor business practices continue... After writing my review last week regarding my personal experience with this company, yesterday and today their employee displayed more evidence of bad practices. They are working on my neighbor's backyard project. Fortunately, it is Fourth of July weekend so my husband and I are both home. An employee is delivering supplies for the project. Yesterday, he began to back his trailer into our front yard on top of 2 different sprinkler heads and our AT&T cable box. My husband went out and stopped him and texted our neighbor about it. Today the same employee did it again. My husband went out and confronted him. I contracted landscaping turf installation from their associated business, Let's Get Turf. Ralph and Xavier initially demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention during the initial installation process to get you to hire them. However, after completion, and after paying them a lot of my hard earned money for the project, I reached out to Ralph regarding an issue with the turf barrier that required attention. I was informed that a house call would be arranged within seven days. Unfortunately, it has now been two months without any follow-up or response, despite multiple attempts to contact them. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns has been highly disappointing, and it reflects a level of unprofessionalism that aligns with other negative reviews of the company. read more

When you meet the owner. Xavier. he is like a snake incantator. he will make you feel his work will back up by his company. Nice talking and designer he will make you feel very confortable and you will pay him for a very expensive work that will have no warranties on material or man work. My landscape work never was end completely. Half of my landscape lights were not working and all the cables were left uncover and crossing over landscape fences. During many month I called him hundred of times at the beginning he was answering the phone making promess that will get back to get things done but never happened. I asked him to give me at least info where to buy light replacements but he never did and at the end he was not even answering my phone calls. I thought well he is now busy installing christmas light but after the holiday season ended I retry to contact him but he always was not answering my calls. He was actually laughing at me about that on the contract there were no warranties about the work. He was right I checked contract and there were no info about warranty. He was right there is no warranty on my landscape work done by LET'S GET LIT. I decide to get my busy time to write a review about the practices of this company and his owner Xavier.
