There was zero attention to detail -- ornaments were randomly placed, huge gaps everywhere, and the whole thing looked like it was thrown together without a second of effort. To make it worse, I paid $3,500 for this service. Absolutely unbelievable. It was so bad I had to ask them to take all the ornaments down because I refused to have such a sloppy, careless tree in my home. Save your money and go anywhere else.
