I had an awesome experience working with Sergio from Samada Fence. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine that also had her back yard fenced in with Bronze Aluminum picket Style Fence. I got multiple quotes from various vendors, including the one that did my wood fence at my previous house, and Sergio's pricing was definitely the best. I don't write a lot of reviews, although I am inspired as a result of my experience with Sergio of Samada Fencing, to take the time do do so. I'll be brief. I made an appointment with Sergio for 4pm on a Monday. I arrived at my home at 4:02. My nanny advised me that Sergio came to the house a few minutes before 4 and left. I called him and he stated that "the nanny told me you don't come home until later." To which I said, "why did you not call me?," to which he said "I don't know." I let him know that I left my office (early), in Doral, at 3:15 to be home in time for this appointment. I asked if we could still meet. He said he was already too far away to come back. In order to have our new in-ground pool pass inspection, we needed our fencing and gates replaced and up to code. We got several estimates and finally went with Samada Fencing - not because they were the cheapest, but because we saw right away that they were the most experienced and professional. We had a wooden fence installed around the perimeter of the house, along with a stationary aluminum fence on one side and an aluminum gate at the entrance to the yard. Got an estimate from them for fencing at my home. When I called them back to proceed, they did not show any interest in proceeding. First, Sergio told me that I needed a new survey because mine was 5 yrs old. When I followed with the city, they advised me that they take up to 7 years. When I called him back, he now told me that I needed to get the authorization from my HOA. I later found out that my association required the plan for fence on a survey with setbacks. So I called to advise them of that, and was told that they will have for me in a few days. Well, the few days has been over 4 months. Poor excuse of a business. read more
