Now 3.5 year later our home is flooding one pipe behind the mirror in the second bathroom, was broke since the construction, when they installed a piece of wood. Now very convenience for them the warranty expire after 2.5 years.... So the answer was "it's not our problem". Our neighbor was luckier because the same thing happened to her but when she had only been living in that house for 1.5 years, so the warranty cover all the expenses. DON'T BUY A HOUSE WITH THEM!!!!

If you dispute anything after the purchase or notice something needs fixing tough luck with this builder they will threaten your home warranty and blame your inspector. STAY AWAY they offer a custom home look and feel but handle their business like a mass production builder with no care for residents of the neighborhood who already bought.

I called 3 companies and decided to have Byron's Landscaping do the resodding. I never thought they send a dedicated crew of 8 technicians. Jay was the head of the project and thanked me for the project. I have to say that Byron's Landscaping cleaned up my mess and did a superior job! I tried doing it myself and had mounds of mud, cinder blocks, dead vegetation, weeds. Byron's Landscaping spent hours just cleaning my mess, then treated the soil for grubs that could damage the new sod. They meticulously leveled the ground and laid the most lucious Palisades Zoysia. Also, they trimmed my hedges, edged all my other lawn, cleaned my driveway, trimmed my bottlebrush tree, took away my mess. I have never had such pristine service. G always called and kept me apprised of the appointment and was friendlier than The people at Apple. My thanks to Jay, Ricardo (an expert in lawns!), George and Carlos. And of course G. My laminate floors in my living and dining rooms were damaged during the Beryl storm and needed to be replaced. I obtained an estimate of 3 floor companies and Forsyth Floors overwhelmingly stood out from the other 2. Mike quickly came to my home after being contacted, looked over the damage and completed measurements. A reasonable free estimate was provided quickly based on the product I selected. Mike kept me updated about the project from the beginning of the project until its completion. Most importantly, my floors look simply beautiful. In fact, I quickly noticed that my new floors were installed better than the old ones that were removed. It is a…read morefamily owned small business (my favorite kind!) and they were so nice when I went to check out their showroom. Before going to them, I checked out Lowe's and Home Depot. I was very interested in that porcelain tile that looks like wood, and both of those places did not have a large selection. Also, both places charged $35 to give estimates, which I paid just so I could get a comparison. Forsyth gave me an estimate for free, and they had literally hundreds of different options for that porcelain tile. And thinking about it, it makes sense that they would be so much more on top of stuff since flooring is their entire business, and it's only a small part of what places like Home Depot or Lowe's deal with. After they did the measure, we talked about my budget and switched the upstairs section to laminate due to some floor issues that would make porcelain really expensive in terms of prep work. They had another huge selection of laminate samples to work with and I ended up picking out this awesome color (pattern?) called Oregon Spruce from EarthWerks that I have gotten so many compliments on. I would absolutely use Forsyth again - I felt really comfortable with them working in my house and they did an awesome job on the install. Obviously, flooring is pricey - I paid a little under $7,500 for around 900 square feet of porcelain and laminate - but if you saw how great my floor looks I think you would agree it was worth it.
