I lost returned clients because Anessa did not maintain the home , or do a simple task like purchase white linens for all the bedrooms, fix 2 custom made shades. She neglected my home, and when her bill was received, my assistant immediately paid it. When I flew to Scottsdale. , thinking my home was in good hands. I found my home to be in miserable condition.
