If I could rate it 0 I would. I bought my Subaru in 2018 and just recently moved to PA. I went to change my licenses plates over (note: PA only uses one back plate), I took my front one off and instead of Lester Glenn using the two PROVIDED license plate mounting holes, I found they left TWO EXTRA holes. See the picture attached. Honestly, they should be responsible for replacing my bumper because of the damage they've caused. They didn't offer for me to put my plates on, they did it for me and caused extra damage. I know Lester Glenn monopolizes Toms River but man they are unacceptable.

After having a Jeep for 5 years, I decided to switch it up and get a Subaru. I should mention that I recently got a 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee lease through Seaview Jeep 6 months ago. What I didn't realize was that only having 10,000 miles per year on the lease, I wasn't able to travel. I came to Lester Glenn Subaru in hopes of getting out of the lease and Hans did just that! He was a WONDERFUL salesman!! The whole dealership felt like family once we completed the financing process - and I left with a Honda Touring and 2 free years of oil changes. I highly recommend this dealership.

We donated our van to an organization and we needed a car. Not a new car, but an affordable used car. I started looking online in every car dealer, but I never thought of a Subaru. My husband had suggested it because he has a co-worker that bought one and then her mom bought one too at some other car dealer. So, I started looking at Lester Glenn and found one, but when we got there, it was a stick. Luckily, they had another sedan that wasn't. It's a 2018 Impreza and we bought it in February this year. We have driven it to Ocean City, MD, Allentown,PA and soon to Indiana,Indianapolis. It drives very smoothly. We are very happy with the car!

OURS was a great buying experience that we cannot praise enough. At 4 in the afternoon, we contacted Lester Glenn Subaru about matching a price on a pre-owned vehicle we found (out of state) that we were picking up at 7:00 that night. Lester Glenn could not match the price...they did even better! They gave us the heads-up on a certified Crosstrek they had with 7,700 miles and all the features we wanted. It all went down on Saturday evening between 4:30 and 7:00 pm (they close at 6 pm, mind you). The Crosstrek was sitting in our driveway at 8:00. The process began with Chelsea Pavlick and Emily Wiggins who worked the deal via email and over the phone. Seth Leifer is the salesman who stayed late to deliver the perfect car for us, and Brian Pataky in the finance department made things quick and smooth, AND matched the great terms our credit union was offering. Overall, this was the smoothest car-buying experience we ever had, and it all took place in a couple of hours. Seth had everything done long before my wife and I got there, and we are sorry he had to wait for us to come from so far away. The entire Lester Glenn Subaru Team scored a 10 with us, and now we are riding in our perfect vehicle. Thanks, Seth, Brian, Chelsea, Emily, and Lester. You all did a fantastic job in pulling off a seamless transaction with no time in which to do it! Cheers!

Over the course of a few phone calls and texts, I explained exactly what I needed, including the type of car, my payment limit, and that I was looking to work with someone I could trust. Based on our communication, I believed Liz would be the person I would be meeting with in person. When I arrived for my appointment, I told the front desk I was there to meet Liz. I then overheard the receptionist ask, "Who's next on rotation?", an immediate red flag. A salesperson named Emily soon came to greet me. I explained that I had been dealing directly with Liz, and only then did I learn that Liz works in Internet sales and would not be assisting me personally. This was never disclosed to me at any point, despite multiple conversations beforehand. When I asked to speak with Liz and described my disappointment, she became defensive instead of taking responsibility. Her justification was that I "never asked her what her title was." To me, withholding that information after days of communication was misleading and unprofessional. Trust is a key part of any large purchase, and once it's broken, it's hard to restore. While I did receive follow-up calls and messages from management, Liz and Emily afterward, the integrity of that first interaction could not be repaired. I chose not to continue working with Honda of Toms River because transparency and accountability are non-negotiable qualities in customer service. Honda of Toms River is the exact reason dealerships have bad reputations…read more Grossly inflated repair prices and bait and switch tactics to lure you in. Promised free inspection, fluid top off and a car wash only to be hit with a three hundred bill for it and didn't even get the car wash. Also, a quote for almost 5,000 in mostly unneeded overinflated repairs. Brought it to my actual mechanic and once he filtered through the nonsense got the entire quote repaired for less than 900. This also isn't the first time I've experienced shady behavior from this dealership. Avoid at all costs. I would trust any other Honda than this one. If I was able to give it a negative review I would. This is not a misunderstanding of a review. These are flat out horrible business decisions to screw people over and line their pockets.

Furthermore, when you try to call service not only can they not see you, there are mo loaner cars! Called 1/31 and cannot get car seen 3/3. So I drive to work with the engine light on not knowing if it's the actual engine or the computer that's faulty. Bye bye Pine Belt and GM

There was no impact, no warning--just a loud pop and shattered glass, which was honestly a safety concern. When I brought this to the dealership, I expected some level of urgency, concern, or accountability. Instead, I was met with dismissal and no real effort to help. I was essentially told it was not their problem, despite how quickly this issue occurred after getting the vehicle. A major component of a brand-new leased vehicle should not fail like this, especially within days. The lack of support, empathy, and willingness to investigate or advocate on my behalf was incredibly frustrating. At the very least, I expected the dealership to stand behind the vehicle they leased to me or help escalate the issue with Volkswagen. Instead, I felt completely brushed off. I would strongly caution others to think twice before leasing from here, especially if you expect any level of customer support after you drive off the lot.

The guys at RPM are some of the nicest guys I've met…read more First let me start by saying I'm a 21 year old college student with no credit. The only thing in my name are deferred student loans. I walked in with 3000$ as a down payment and was able to finance an 07 Honda Civic coupe lx. About less than 12 hours after I bought it, the check engine light came on and it over heated. RPM immediately had it towed to there shop and had it looked at. Originally it came back as a coolant leak and they had the system flushed and it was as good as new, with no cost to me. Less than a week later, it over heated again and they had it taken to a Honda dealer where it was discovered the car had internal engine damage. They paid all the expenses and were willing to give me a rental car, where other used car dealers might not accommodate. In the end, they replaced the civic with an 08 Nissan Altima coupe for the same price! Jack at RPM took excellent care of me in this situation and they did everything right by me. And without the finance director, Gary, I wouldn't have been able to finance the car. I appreciate everything that they did for me and they where excellent in a difficult and unfortunate situation. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car!!!

Upon a recent trip to the dealership I became aware that the dealership changed hands and is now Celebrity Ford, new ownership. I needed new brakes and the service/service team were all fine. However, Celebrity Ford is now charging it's customers a 3% fee to use their credit card. Upon further inspection, I was charged $20.00 for "CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER" What the hell is that? As if the 3% egregious extortion fee just to use your credit card isn't enough, I have to pay an extra $20.00 for what? People - Stop paying and patroning businesses that are charging YOU to use your credit card. IT IS THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS. PERIOD. The convenience of credit is the responsibility of the business owner, NOT YOU! It's unconscionable and immoral. Like we are not paying enough. Auto repairs NEVER come at a good time and the repairs could cost thousands of dollars, of course the majority of people are going to need their credit card to get their car fixed to take the kids to school and go to work; how dare you?
