When we were done, he actually came out to the waiting room to see my husband again 8 years later, and we took a picture together. That personal touch meant a lot to us. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience feel easy. Niki has such a gentle, calming demeanor, and Meghan was very kind and helpful when going over post-op instructions. Dr. Cohen answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Everything went so smoothly from my initial call for a consult through the surgery itself. My eye got better quickly. I've been to a few different eye doctors the last few years and Dr Haiman by far is the best. He takes time to listen and then try to find a solution. She took her time with me, even though the office was extremely busy, that day. She even took the time out, to show me the photos of my eyes, after the dilation. Hands down this was the best eye exam I have ever had (and I have wore contacts/glasses since I was 14 and I'm in my late 30s now). I've learned that it's a journey to find the right health care provider but I'm so happy to have found Julisa. She is the ARNP in Dr. Marika's office. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and preventative healthcare is a priority. The wait time wasn't long, staff was friendly, and I was in and out within an hour for my recent appointment. They were able to accommodate me last year with a virtual/phone call visit but I'm not sure if they still offer that. If you need to get your labs done, they can do them in the office or you can get it done at another lab or Quest Diagnostics.
