Within minutes I received a return call, see the pic I posted showing the inbound call, and they were able to schedule me with Dr. Rifkin at 10:55AM today. I arrived twenty minutes early and was called to go in for their standard pre-exam within a few minutes. They test one's vision and eye pressure every time one comes to the office. This is also the time when you tell the person why you're there for the visit. I was then seated in a separate waiting area and called in to see Dr. Rifkin around 11:20AM and left by 11:45AM. I've been a patient here for a few years and think Dr. Rifkin is great, along with the support staff.
