Stellar Service January 2026…read more Long distance runners, we are 280 kms round trip away from the Collingwood Dealership. We have purchased our vehicles from them because of their friendly, honest Sales / Service team. We had a problem with our 2019 Toyota Highlander rear lift gate not functioning at all. We brought the vehicle in to have it repaired and the part was going to take a few days to come in. We where extremely happy when Trista Lawless provided us with a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was under repair, so the repair could be completed if the part arrived earlier. Tim the mechanic is great. He had the repair completed and explained what the issue was and the steps he took to repair it. Trista and Tim are our go to people when we require service. Top Notch!
