When they showed up they said that we can't t do the insulation and made up some BS reason. They wanted the drywall work and fed me the insulation BS so they could do a bait and switch.

The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

He fixed areas of our drywall that were not even quoted in the project! I did my best with adding drywall and patching where I could. But there were a few areas that were too difficult for me to patch and on top of that highly visible. I knew I would be staring at those areas for the next 30 years. We had Bryan's Handyman service come out and do some work around our house to prepare for my mom…read moremoving in with us. They sent a two man crew, Ruben and Luis, who did a wonderful job. They prepped and painted two rooms, including the baseboards, trim and ceiling. They replaced and painted a set of closet doors and replaced the rickety attic stairs. They also fix the bedroom door where it is now fully functional. The work took two days, but they transformed the two bedrooms. The crew was polite and professional. They worked quickly, quietly and with skill. I could not have asked for better. Mr. Grubb was very responsive to emails and quick to address all our concerns. Thank you for the good work.
